<p><strong>Essential Job Functions:</strong> Lead the end-to-end technical design, development, customization, implementation, and delivery governance of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/Customer Engagement solutions. Customize and configure entities/tables, forms, views, dashboards, business rules, workflows, security roles, and business process flows. Manage solution packaging, deployment, environment strategy, release management, and CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and Microsoft best practices. Troubleshoot complex CRM issues, optimize solution performance, ensure security compliance, and provide production support. Prepare and maintain technical design documents, interface specifications, deployment guides, unit testing evidence, and support documentation. Own technical delivery planning, effort estimation, task allocation, design reviews, code quality, release readiness, and escalation management across CRM workstreams.
