يوفر مهندس معماري للموقع خبرة معمارية وتقنية لدعم المرافق النووية والصناعية كبيرة الحجم، بالعمل عن كثب مع العميل وفرق الهندسة متعددة التخصصات. يتركز الدور على مراجعة التصاميم، والتأكد من الامتثال للكودات والمعايير المعمول بها، والترويج لأفضل الممارسات الدولية، مع دعم نقل المعرفة وتوجيه موظفي العميل في الموقع.
الواجبات والمسؤوليات
مراجعة التصاميم المعمارية لمبانٍ المحطة النووية وتنسيق الواجهات مع فرق الهندسة متعددة التخصصات (المدني، الإنشائي، الميكانيكي، الكهربائي، والآلية والتحكم والإشارات).
تطبيق الكودات والمعايير الروسية المعمول بها وغيرها من الكودات والمعايير حسب الحاجة والتأكد من الامتثال طوال مرحلة التطوير والوثائق التصميمية.
تقديم مدخلات فنية حول أنظمة غلاف المباني (مثلاً الواجهات المهوّاة، الأسطح المسطحة، العزل المائي) والتشطيبات المعمارية القابلة لإزالة التلوث كما هو مطلوب للمرافق النووية.
تقديم النصح في اختيار وتفصيل مواد التشطيب الداخلية والخارجية لضمان قابلية البناء والمتانة والصيانة والامتثال التنظيمي.
الترويج لالت alignment مع ممارسات معمارية دولية معترف بها ومعايير الصناعة.
مراجعة وتقييم الوثائق الفنية (التصميم التفصيلي ووثائق التشغيل) لمبانِ المصانع للتحقق من الشمول والدقة والامتثال للمتطلبات التعاقدية والتنظيمية، بما في ذلك قواعد السلامة من الحرائق.
العمل بفاعلية في بيئة سريعة وتعدد التخصصات مع الالتزام بمواعيد نهائية صارمة.
الخبرة والمؤهلات
درجة بكالوريوس في الهندسة المعمارية (يفضل ماجستير) أو ما يعادلها.
معرفة عالية بمختلف كودات ومعايير الروسية.
خبرة في مشاريع محطات الطاقة النووية مطلوبة.
معرفة عالية وخبرة باستخدام مواد التشطيب الداخلية والخارجية والتفاصيل المرتبطة في المرافق النووية والمبانى الصناعية.
خبرة لا تقل عن 8 سنوات كمصمم في التصميم المعماري للمشاريع الصناعية.
متطلبات وظيفية خاصة
القدرة على التحليل والتواصل والتأثير والإقناع.
قدرة العمل ضمن فريق وبمهارات تواصل شخصية ممتازة.
مهارات تواصل مكتوبة وشفوية قوية باللغة الإنجليزية ضرورية؛ وجود قدرة على الروسية ميزة.

Leveraging extensive experience and AI-enabled delivery, we support customers in navigating complexity as they meet today's needs and transition to more sustainable solutions.
The site architect provides architectural and technical expertise to support nuclear and large industrial facilities, working closely with the customer and multidisciplinary engineering teams. The role focuses on reviewing designs, ensuring compliance with applicable codes and standards, and promoting international best practices, while supporting knowledge transfer and mentoring of the customer’s staff at site.
Duties and responsibilities
Review architectural designs for NPP buildings and coordinate interfaces with multidisciplinary engineering teams (civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, and I&C).
Apply applicable Russian design codes and standards and other codes and standards as required and ensure compliance throughout design development and documentation.
Provide technical input on building envelope systems (e.g., ventilated façades, flat roofs, waterproofing) and decontaminable architectural finishes, as required for nuclear facilities.
Advise on selection and detailing of interior and exterior finishing materials to ensure constructability, durability, maintainability, and regulatory compliance.
Promote alignment with recognized international architectural practices and industry standards.
Review and evaluate technical documentation (detailed design and operating documentation) for plant buildings to confirm completeness, accuracy, and compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements, including fire-safety rules.
Work effectively in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment while meeting strict deadlines.
Experience and qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in architecture (master’s degree preferred) or equivalent.
High-level knowledge of Russian codes and standards.
Experience on nuclear power plant projects is required.
High-level knowledge and experience with the use of interior and exterior finishing materials and related details in NPPs and industrial buildings.
Minimum 8 years’ experience as a designer in architectural design for industrial projects.

Team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
Strong written and verbal English communication skills are essential; Russian language capability is an advantage.
