Ensures data accuracy through SDR, SDV and CRF review as applicable through on-site and remote monitoring activities. Assess investigational product through physical inventory and records review. Documents observations in reports and letters in a timely manner using approved business writing standards. Escalates observed deficiencies and issues to clinical management expeditiously and follow all issues through to resolution. May need to maintain regular contact between monitoring visits with investigative sites to confirm that the protocol is being followed, that previously identified issues are being resolved and that the data is being recorded in a timely manner. Conducts monitoring tasks in accordance with the approved monitoring plan. Participates in the investigator payment process. Ensures a shared responsibility with other project team members on issues/findings resolution. Investigates and follows-up on findings as applicable.<br>• Participates in investigator meetings as necessary. Identifies potential<br>• investigators in collaboration with the client company to ensure the acceptability of qualified investigative sites. Initiates clinical trial sites according to the relevant procedures to ensure compliance with the protocol and regulatory and ICH GCP obligations, making recommendations where warranted. Performs trial close out and retrieval of trial materials.<br>• Ensures that required essential documents are complete and in place, according to ICH-GCP and applicable regulations. Our platform brings together academic management, assessments and grading, attendance, communication, parent and student engagement, reporting, analytics, scheduling, medical and student information, and other essential school functions within one integrated ecosystem. As ELLI enters its next stage of growth, we are looking for an experienced Head of Sales & Business Development to lead our expansion across schools in Egypt and build a scalable commercial operation.<br>The Role This is a senior, hands-on commercial role for someone who can both develop the sales strategy and personally drive major opportunities from first contact through closing. The Head of Sales & Business Development will be responsible for building ELLI's presence across Egypt's private, language, and international school market, developing relationships with school owners and senior decision-makers, generating new opportunities, closing strategic accounts, and ultimately building and managing ELLI's sales team. We are particularly interested in candidates who already understand the Egyptian education market and have an established network within schools or education groups.<br>Key Responsibilities<br>Business Development & Sales Develop and execute ELLI's sales and business development strategy across Egypt. Identify and prioritize target schools, school groups, and strategic accounts. Build relationships with school owners, board members, directors, principals, academic leaders, and other key decision-makers. Generate new business through existing relationships, referrals, networking, direct outreach, partnerships, events, and other channels. Conduct meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations with prospective schools. Understand each school's needs and position ELLI accordingly rather than relying on a one-size-fits-all sales approach. Manage opportunities throughout the full sales cycle, from initial contact and qualification through demonstrations, proposals, negotiations, pilots, and contract signing. Develop and manage a strong and measurable sales pipeline. Work closely with management on pricing, proposals, commercial terms, and major negotiations. Maintain disciplined follow-up with prospective clients and ensure opportunities continue progressing.<br>Building the Sales Function Help establish ELLI's commercial processes, sales methodology, CRM structure, reporting, and KPIs. Build and maintain a structured database of target schools and key decision-makers. Establish clear processes for lead generation, qualification, demonstrations, proposals, pilots, closing, and handover to implementation. Recruit, train, and manage Business Development/Sales Executives as the company grows. Set individual and team targets and monitor performance against agreed KPIs. Develop sales scripts, objection-handling strategies, proposal standards, and best practices. Provide accurate pipeline and revenue forecasts to management.<br>Market Development Develop a strong understanding of Egypt's private, language, and international school landscape. Monitor competitors, market trends, pricing, and developments within EdTech and school technology. Identify potential partnerships and channels that could accelerate ELLI's growth. Represent ELLI at relevant education events, conferences, networking opportunities, and meetings. Develop relationships with school groups, education organizations, consultants, and other industry stakeholders.<br>Product & Customer Feedback Act as a bridge between prospective customers and ELLI's product and technical teams. Identify recurring customer needs, objections, feature requests, and market opportunities. Provide structured market feedback to help guide ELLI's product roadmap. Work closely with the implementation and customer success teams to ensure a smooth transition from sale to onboarding. Maintain relationships with key accounts after closing and identify opportunities for expansion and referrals.<br><br>What We're Looking For Strong experience in B2B sales, business development, or commercial leadership. Proven ability to generate opportunities and close significant B2B accounts. Experience selling to schools, education groups, or the education sector in Egypt is strongly preferred. An existing network of school owners, directors, principals, or senior education decision-makers would be a significant advantage. Experience in EdTech, Saa S, LMS/SIS/ERP platforms, educational services, educational publishing, or school technology is highly desirable. Strong presentation, negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills. Comfortable presenting and demonstrating technology to senior decision-makers. Commercially driven and highly organized, with strong follow-up and pipeline-management discipline. Experience using CRM systems and managing sales pipelines. Ability to work independently and take ownership rather than waiting for leads or instructions. Strong understanding of consultative selling and long B2B sales cycles. Fluent Arabic and strong professional English.<br>The Person We're Looking For We are looking for someone who thinks like a business builder, not simply a salesperson.
