Role Description The Research Supervisor will oversee research activities, guide project teams, and ensure that studies conducted within the club meet high standards of rigor and ethics. Day-to-day responsibilities include mentoring researchers, reviewing research proposals, coordinating data collection plans, and monitoring project progress and timelines. The Research Supervisor will help maintain adherence to ethical guidelines and institutional review standards, while fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing among club members. The role also involves supporting the design of research methodologies, organizing on-site meetings or workshops, and reporting on outcomes to the club leadership. This is an on-site role based in Beni Suef.
Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and experience in Research design and implementation. Candidates should possess skills in Data Collection and data management, including organizing and validating research data. Candidates should possess knowledge of Institutional Review Board (IRB) processes and research ethics. Candidates should possess Project Management skills, including planning, coordination, and tracking of multiple research projects. Relevant qualifications such as a degree in a research-focused field (e.g., social sciences, health sciences, economics, or related disciplines) are beneficial. Prior experience supervising or mentoring researchers, and familiarity with academic or applied research environments, is an advantage. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in an on-site community setting are highly valued.
