<li>Monitor Contractors' compliance with approved drawings, technical specifications, method statements, Egyptian Codes, and contractual requirements.</li>
<li>Reduce rejected or approved with comments submissions and ensure reduction in recurring quality defects through continuous improvement initiatives.</li>
</ul>
<strong>Documentation Management</strong><br>

<li>Manage the complete QA/QC documentation cycle ensuring proper recording, tracking, filing, and retrieval of all quality records.</li>
<li>Ensure documentation compliance rate and audit readiness.</li>
<li>Review and monitor Inspection Requests (IRs), Material Inspection Requests (MIRs), Method Statements, Material Submittals, RFIs, Mock-ups, and Testing Reports.</li>
<li>Review, monitor, and ensure timely closure of Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), Corrective Action Requests (CARs), Preventive Actions, and Quality Observations.</li>

<strong>Project Collaboration</strong><br>

<li>Participate in project milestone inspections, snagging, de-snagging, practical completion, and final handover processes.</li>
