<p>Supervise daily learning and development operations and training schedules. Ensure effective delivery of training programs in line with brand standards. Guide and support People Development team members in training activities. Coordinate annual and monthly training plans with department heads. Oversee preparation of training materials, venues, and attendance records. Ensure timely execution of mandatory and departmental training. <h4>Role purpose</h4>
<p>The Learning & Capability Development (L&CD) team member is responsible for the design, delivery and evaluation of the annual training plan for employees based on the corporate strategic direction and business units’ objectives and needs. Business units are divided into accounts, each handled by the Learning & Capability Development expert who works closely with account SPOCs to deliver best in class blended learning plan and solutions.</p>
<p>The job holder is also responsible for enhancing and delivering impactful ‘learner experience’ delivered through different learning interventions and modalities (i.e.: VCTs, external vendors, online) focused on functional and interpersonal capability development for handled account, owning also the induction experience for new joiners within their respective functional areas.</p>
<h4>Role profile</h4>
<p>Diagnoses learning and capability development needs at departmental level aligned to strategic pillars of Vodafone Egypt to meet people needs – driven from strategic priorities, business KPIs, people survey results, and HRBPs input (if any) - ensuring high-level alignment with Vodafone Group L&CD strategic direction.</p>
<p>Manage high learner impact and achievement of learning objectives by applying knowledge of learning styles and 70:20:10 learning approach to design a blend of existing learner-led, instructor-led and online solutions to achieve learning outcomes (i.e. digital, face to face training, coaching, etc.).</p>

<section><p class="heading jdMain">Job Description</p><p class="heading">Roles & Responsibilities</p><div class="paragraph"><p>Learning & Facilitation</p><p>Review the Learning needs analysis for the hotel(s) prior to the budget</p><p>Review with the hotel(s) the implementation and facilitation of a hotel(s) Training Plan and budget that is aligned with the hotel s goals and strategic plan</p><p>Follow-up on all training activities within the hotel(s)</p><p>Ensure the hotel(s) are 100% compliant with all Ennismore Compliance Training</p><p>Ensure coordination and delivery of training programs of all internal providers</p><p>Champion company provided online and e-learning tools and portals, ensuring approval processes are in place and executed, as well as registrations and completions are monitored and tracked</p><p>Assist their hotel(s) in developing quality introductory and ongoing departmental training plans and learning activities; maintain active follow-up through on-going coaching, guidance and support of junior-, mid-level- and senior leaders</p><p>Support the Quality and Learning Manager in the development of Departmental Trainers as required</p><p>See where synergies can be made with regards to training programmes</p><p>Participate in regional meetings / workshops and ensure such activities are rolled out as required in the hotel(s)</p><p>Manage the Connect portal, Ennismore Learning (LMS) and Ennismore Lobby & ensure colleague completion of all required training</p><p>Supervise the completion of compliance training i.e., Ennismore Way, Anti-Bribery, Antitrust, GDPR, Fire Safety, School of Change, Sustainability, First Aid</p><p>Review how cross training is used in the hotel(s) and see if there can be a way to do multi-property training</p><p>Able to facilitate training to all levels in the hotel(s)</p><p>Act as a champion of the creation of a learning culture</p><p>Demonstrate proactivity in measuring both feedback about the learning experience as well as sustainable behavioural change. Is confident using Connect, Ennismore Learning & Ennismore Lobby to create reports, can analyse and interpret this data to share with key stakeholders. Uses data for decision-making.</p><p>Talent Development & Performance Management</p><p>Assists with the bi-annual Talent Review process in conjunction with the Department Heads are conducted and associated documentation maintained to the required standard.</p><p>Facilitate the performance management cycle from probation reviews, annual performance reviews, development plans and goal setting as well as on the job training for Department Heads and in turn their teams</p><p>Ensure Departments have adequate Departmental Trainers, and these are well utilised</p><p>For all supervisory & managerial positions have a transparent development programme in place in conjunction with the People & Culture leader.</p><p>Development of indirect reports to give them ongoing feedback and development.</p><p>People & Culture Employee Engagement and Communications</p><p>Strive to increase employee s engagement by promoting a positive work environment where each team member is informed and proactive about the overall business goals.</p><p>Ensure the consistent delivery of business and associate information with transparency so that each team member understands how they contribute to the company s success. This will include working on the Employee Engagement Survey (CultureAmp) and People & Culture Audit.</p><p>Ensure the Employee Engagement Survey Champions for the hotel/departmental action plans in order to increase employees engagement and improve Engagement scores year on year.</p><p>Represent the organization as an exemplary ambassador the Ennismore Culture.</p><p>Finance</p><p>Plan the activities and understands how the contribution of the role will impact the performance of the hotel(s).</p><p>Act on behalf of the business to work through complex situations and reduce risk, interpreting and implementing company policies and employment legislation as appropriate.
