Job description
The Business Development Executive supports the company’s growth by identifying new sales opportunities, engaging prospective clients, and expanding the client portfolio. This role connects potential clients with the company, promoting translation and localization services and ensuring a positive customer experience from first contact through project onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new leads through research, outreach, and networking
- Initiate contact with potential clients via email, calls, and social platforms
- Present the company’s translation, localization, and linguistic services to prospective clients
- Support the preparation of proposals, quotations, and client presentations
- Maintain and update the sales pipeline and CRM system with accurate data
- Follow up on leads and inquiries to drive conversion
- Assist in client onboarding and ensure a smooth handover to project management teams
- Conduct basic market and competitor research to support sales strategy
- Participate in industry events, webinars, and networking opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams (project managers, linguists, operations) to align client expectations
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Languages, or a related field
- Strong interest in the language services industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
