<p>A Senior QC Engineer is a hands-on quality control professional responsible for performing manual, automation, API, and performance testing to ensure high-quality software delivery. The role involves designing and executing test strategies, developing and maintaining automation scripts, utilizing AI-assisted testing tools to improve efficiency, preparing testing artifacts, and supporting successful product releases. Performance Testing & Optimization Design, execute, and analyze performance, load, stress, endurance, and scalability tests to evaluate system reliability, responsiveness, and stability under varying workloads. Identify, analyze, and report performance bottlenecks while collaborating with development and infrastructure teams to recommend and validate performance improvements. Monitor performance test results and provide recommendations to improve application scalability and user experience.</p><p>4. AI-Assisted Quality Engineering Utilize AI-powered tools to accelerate test case generation, automation scripting, test data creation, defect analysis, and testing documentation while validating the accuracy and quality of AI-generated outputs. Evaluate and adopt AI-assisted testing techniques to improve testing effectiveness, productivity, and software quality. Apply AI tools responsibly to enhance test coverage, identify potential risks, and optimize testing workflows.</p><p>5. Test Documentation & Reporting Prepare, maintain, and deliver testing artifacts, including test plans, test cases, test data, traceability matrices, test execution reports, defect reports, and test summary reports. Provide accurate testing status updates, quality metrics, defect summaries, and risk assessments to project stakeholders.</p><p>6. User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Support User Acceptance Testing by preparing test cases, assisting with test environments, coordinating with stakeholders, executing UAT scenarios, and validating business requirements. Ensure UAT activities are completed successfully before production release.</p><p>7. Defect Management & Root Cause Analysis Investigate, identify, and document root causes of software defects while collaborating with development teams to support timely resolution. Assist developers in reproducing and validating reported issues within test environments. Analyze recurring defects and recommend preventive quality improvements.</p><p>8. Requirements Analysis & SDLC Participation Review business and functional requirements to ensure completeness, testability, and adequate test coverage. Participate in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including requirements analysis, test planning, execution, validation, and release activities.</p><p>9. Knowledge Sharing & Team Collaboration Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior and mid-level QC engineers on testing best practices, automation techniques, AI-assisted testing tools, and quality processes. Collaborate closely with development, product, business, and infrastructure teams to ensure high-quality software delivery.</p><p>10. Quality Improvement Contribute to improving testing methodologies, quality standards, templates, automation practices, AI-enabled quality engineering processes, and performance testing strategies. Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend solutions to improve product quality and testing efficiency. Perform other duties as assigned.</p><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><p>Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent education and work experience.</p><p>6+ years of hands-on experience in software quality control/testing.</p><p>5+ years of hands-on experience in manual testing (functional, regression, integration, end-to-end).</p><p>2+ years of hands-on experience in test automation (framework development, scripting, CI/CD integration).</p><p>Professional certification such as ISTQB-CTFL or ISTQB-CTAL.</p><p>Proven hands-on experience executing both manual testing (functional, regression, integration, end-to-end) and test automation (framework development, scripting, CI/CD integration).</p><p>Proficiency in test automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Appium, TestNG, JUnit, or similar) with the ability to write, debug, and maintain automation code.</p><p>Proficiency in performance testing tools and frameworks (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner, Gatling, k6, or similar) with the ability to design, execute, analyze, and optimize performance test scenarios.</p><p>Demonstrated experience preparing and delivering complete testing artifacts (test plans, test cases, traceability matrices, defect reports, test summary reports).</p><p>Track record of owning UAT cycles and driving them to successful completion.</p><p>Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to personally identify bugs, analyse root causes, and drive resolution.</p><p>In-depth knowledge of testing methodologies, phases, and approaches, including functional, regression, integration, performance, and end-to-end testing.</p><p>Strong teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with QC, development, and business groups.</p><p>Ability to multi-task, triage issues, react well to changes, and work independently or in a team setting in a fast-paced environment.</p><p>Excellent command of written and spoken English.</p>

<p>Process all guest check-ins, verifying guest identity, form of payment, assigning room, and activating or issuing room key. Set up accurate accounts for each guest according to their requirements. Enter Marriott Rewards information. Ensure rates match market codes, document exceptions. Secure payment prior to issuing room key, verify or adjust billing. Compile and review daily reports, logs, contingency lists. Complete cashier and closing reports. Supply guests with directions and property information. Accommodate guest requests, contacting appropriate staff if necessary. Follow up to ensure requests have been met. Process all payment types, vouchers, paid-outs, and charges. Balance and drop receipts. Count and secure bank at beginning and end of shift. Obtain manual authorizations and follow all accounting procedures. Notify Loss Prevention or Security of any guest reports of theft.</p>
<p>Assist management in training, evaluating, counseling, motivating, and coaching employees; serve as a role model and first point of contact of the Guarantee of Fair Treatment or Open Door Policy process. Develop and maintain positive working relationships; support team to reach common goals; listen and respond appropriately to employee concerns.</p>
<p>Follow company policies and procedures; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager; complete safety training and certifications; ensure personal appearance is clean and professional; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; protect company assets.</p>
<p>Welcome and acknowledge guests; anticipate and address guests’ service needs; assist individuals with disabilities; thank guests with genuine appreciation. Speak using clear and professional language; prepare and review written documents accurately and completely; answer telephones using appropriate etiquette. Ensure adherence to quality standards. Enter and locate information using computers or POS systems.</p>
<p>Stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors.</p>
