<h4>Overview of the role</h4>
<p>The commis role involves assisting cooks in daily food production, ensuring adherence to food safety regulations to safely prepare meals. As part of the IKEA Food & Beverages division, the role is crucial in providing guests with an excellent dining experience, coordinating food safety, and supporting operational success through proper standard practice implementation.</p>

<h4>Overview of the Role</h4>
<p>The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for planning and executing a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that raises brand awareness and drives sales for the Al-Futtaim Group Real Estate & CFC brands. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, the manager will lead the digital performance management, overseeing digital channels and social media optimization. The role requires aligning strategies with the regional team and handling coordination with digital agencies, ensuring a strong digital presence and technological innovation in the real estate sector.</p>
<h4>What You Will Do</h4>
<strong>Strategy Development and Management</strong><br>
<li>Responsible for planning, developing, implementing and managing the digital marketing strategy that promotes our brand awareness and generates sales.</li>
<li>Prepare and manage the digital marketing budget.</li>
<li>Build the digital marketing road map.</li>
<li>Achieve the set digital marketing plan while aligning with annual marketing objectives.</li>
<li>Best use of budget; cost versus benefit value.</li>
<strong>Performance and Optimization</strong><br>
<li>Oversee and promote the company's digital platforms, channels and social media accounts.</li>
<li>Ensure brands are fully optimized and managed properly (SEO/SEM).</li>
<li>Monitor and evaluate competition digital work.</li>
<li>Increase the number of followers on all our social media pages.</li>
<li>Deliver regular reports on the real estate industry digital marketing activities.</li>
<li>Increase visitation, time on site and delivery of best practice agreed in digital plan.</li>
<strong>Coordination and Agency Management</strong><br>
<li>Align with the regional digital marketing team to ensure brand consistency.</li>
<li>Comply with the regional branding strategy.</li>
<li>In charge of digital agencies tenders procedures when needed.</li>
<li>Coordinate digital work with digital agencies.</li>
<li>Perform digital media buying when needed.</li>
<li>Ensure efficiency of agency campaign outcomes and savings on media buying.</li>
<strong>Team Development and Communication</strong><br>
<li>Manage and develop the digital marketing executive.</li>
<li>Assist marketing team on technical related requirements from the media agency.</li>
<li>Development of the marketing executive technically.</li>
<li>Maintain smooth daily line of communication with digital agencies.</li>
<strong>Performance Measurement and Technological Advancement</strong><br>
<li>Measure ROIs and set KPIs for digital campaigns.</li>
<li>Evaluate effectiveness of plans with ROI and delivery of KPI metrics.</li>
<li>Stay up-to-date with digital technology developments and real estate digital marketing and industry updates.</li>
<li>Introduce new technologies to our plan if and when seen needed.</li>

<li>Strong digital marketing experience and strategy development.</li>
<li>Proficiency in media buying and SEO/SEM optimization.</li>

<h4>What Qualifies You for the Role</h4>
<li>Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Arts, or a marketing-related major.</li>
<li>Minimum 5-7 years of experience in digital marketing.</li>
<li>Proficiency in MS Office and Mac.</li>
<li>Experience with media buying and digital marketing tools.</li>
<li>Skills in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator are a plus.</li>
