نظرة عامة على الدور
دعم وظيفة تنسيق السكان من خلال إدارة تسليمات الوحدات السكنية، وأنشطة التكييف والتجهيز، وتنسيق التنسيق مع المستأجرين لضمان الالتزام بمواصفات المطور والمعايير المجتمعية. يلعب الدور دوراً رئيسياً في تسهيل عمليات التسليم والتجهيز بسلاسة، والتنسيق مع المستأجرين والمقاولين وأصحاب المصالح الداخليين، وضمان أن تُنفذ الأنشطة التشغيلية بكفاءة وبما يتماشى مع متطلبات المشروع. يساهم الموقف في الحفاظ على معايير المجتمع، وتحسين تجربة المقيمين، ودعم التشغيل الناجح للعقارات السكنية.
ماذا ستقوم به
تنسيق والإشراف على أنشطة تجهيز المستأجرين، والتأكد من الامتثال لمواصفات المطور، والرسومات المعتمدة، والارشادات المجتمعية.
التواصل مع المستأجرين والمقاولين والاستشاريين وأصحاب المصلحة الداخليين لتسهيل عمليات التجهيز، الانتقال، والتجديد بسلاسة.
إجراء فحوصات الموقع لمتابعة تقدم التجهيز، وتحديد قضايا عدم المطابقة، وضمان الالتزام بمعايير الجودة والسلامة والتشغيل.
مراقبة أنشطة الصيانة المتعلقة بوحدات المستأجرين والمناطق المشتركة، والمتابعة لإجراءات الوقاية والتصحيح لضمان الحل في الوقت المناسب.
دعم مبادرات تحسين الممتلكات والمجتمع، وضمان اكتمال الأعمال وفق الأهداف التشغيلية ومعايير المجتمع.
الرد على استفسارات المستأجرين، وتنسيق حل القضايا، والحفاظ على علاقات إيجابية لتقديم تجربة سكن عالية الجودة.
إعداد والحفاظ على تقارير عن تقدم التجهيز، وأنشطة الصيانة، وفحص المواقع، والأداء التشغيلي، وتقديم تحديثات في الوقت المناسب ورؤى قابلة للتنفيذ.
التأكد من امتثال جميع أنشطة المستأجرين للالتزامات التعاقدية ومتطلبات المطور واللوائح المجتمعية مع دعم التشغيل الفعال للعقارات السكنية.
المهارات المطلوبة للنجاح
1–3 سنوات خبرة في تنسيق المستأجرين، التجهيز، البناء، إدارة الممتلكات، أو دور مشابه، ويفضل في قطاع العقارات أو التطوير السكني.
خبرة مثبتة في تنسيق أنشطة تجهيز المستأجرين، وفحص المواقع، والعمل مع المطورين والمقاولين والاستشاريين والمقيمين.
فهم قوي لمتطلبات التجهيز، رسومات البناء، إرشادات المطور، وممارسات إدارة العقارات.
مهارات اتصال عالية، وتواصل بين الأشخاص، وإدارة أصحاب المصلحة، مع القدرة على بناء علاقات إيجابية مع السكان والفرق الداخلية.
مهارات تنظيم وإدارة وقت قوية، مع القدرة على إدارة عدة أولويات والعمل بشكل مستقل.
حل مشكلات جيد، وتسوية نزاعات، واهتمام بالتفاصيل.
إلمام بخدمات Microsoft Office وAutoCAD.
ما يؤهّرك للدور
درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المعمارية أو العمارة.
يفضل وجود خبرة في التطويرات السكنية، مجتمعات الاستخدام المختلط، أو إدارة الممتلكات.
إتقان جيد للإنجليزية، كتابة وتحدثاً.
توجه قوي لخدمة العملاء مع القدرة على إدارة تفاعلات المقيمين بشكل مهني.

Overview of the role
Support the tenant coordination function by managing residential unit handovers, fit-out activities, and tenant coordination to ensure compliance with developer specifications and community standards. The role is responsible for facilitating smooth handover and fit-out processes, coordinating with tenants, contractors, and internal stakeholders, and ensuring operational activities are delivered efficiently and in line with project requirements. The position plays a key role in maintaining community standards, enhancing the resident experience, and supporting the successful operation of residential properties.
What you will do
Coordinate and oversee tenant fit-out activities, ensuring compliance with developer specifications, approved drawings, and community guidelines.
Liaise with tenants, contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders to facilitate smooth fit-out, move-in, and renovation processes.
Conduct site inspections to monitor fit-out progress, identify non-compliance issues, and ensure adherence to quality, safety, and operational standards.
Monitor maintenance activities related to tenant units and common areas, following up on preventive and corrective actions to ensure timely resolution.
Support property and community enhancement initiatives, ensuring works are completed in line with operational objectives and community standards.
Address tenant inquiries, coordinate issue resolution, and maintain positive relationships to deliver a high-quality resident experience.
Prepare and maintain reports on fit-out progress, maintenance activities, site inspections, and operational performance, providing timely updates and actionable insights.
Ensure all tenant activities comply with contractual obligations, developer requirements, and community regulations while supporting the efficient operation of residential properties.
Required skills to be successful
1–3 years of experience in tenant coordination, fit-out, construction, property management, or a similar role, preferably within the real estate or residential development sector.
Proven experience coordinating tenant fit-out activities, site inspections, and working with developers, contractors, consultants, and residents.
Strong understanding of fit-out requirements, construction drawings, developer guidelines, and property management practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with residents and internal teams.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
Good problem-solving, conflict resolution, and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and AutoCAD.
What equips you for the role
Bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering or Architecture.
Experience within residential developments, mixed-use communities, or property management is preferred.
Good command of English, both written and spoken.
Strong customer service orientation with the ability to manage resident interactions professionally.
Self-motivated, proactive, resilient, and able to work effectively both independently and within a team.
High level of professionalism, integrity, ethical conduct, and commitment to maintaining community standards.
