Job Title: Quality Control Manager Job Description:We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Quality Control Engineer to join our team in the construction industry. The ideal candidate will have 10 to 15 years of proven experience in Quality Control and Quality Assurance, with extensive expertise in residential construction projects, including high-end compounds, villas, and apartment buildings. The candidate must possess relevant professional certifications in Quality Management and construction quality systems. Qualifications:· Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.· 10–15 years of experience in Quality Control / Quality Assurance within construction projects, with significant experience in residential developments (compounds, villas, and residential towers).· Strong knowledge of construction materials, international quality standards, inspection procedures, and finishing requirements.· Extensive experience in preparing and reviewing ITPs, Method Statements, NCRs, quality reports, and quality documentation.· Proven experience implementing and maintaining Quality Management Systems (QMS).· Excellent leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.· Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple quality activities simultaneously.· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quality documentation systems. The role includes supporting the QPPV in overseeing pharmacovigilance systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and maintaining up-to-date safety governance across all relevant products and projects. Day-to-day responsibilities involve monitoring safety data, contributing to risk management plans and safety reports, coordinating with clinical and medical teams, and ensuring timely case processing and reporting to health authorities. The Deputy QPPV also participates in audits and inspections, supports the development and updating of standard operating procedures, provides pharmacovigilance training to internal teams, and collaborates with partners to maintain high standards of professionalism, integrity, and quality. Qualifications Strong knowledge of pharmacovigilance regulations, guidelines, and safety reporting requirements, preferably with experience in CRO or pharmaceutical environments. Background in life sciences, pharmacy, medicine, or a related field; advanced degree (e.g., Pharm D, MSc, MD) is an asset. Experience in clinical research processes, including clinical data management, clinical monitoring, and medical writing, with familiarity across different phases of clinical trials.
