Perform ready-to-start and post-repair inspections and review of operational testing procedures.<br>
Conduct assessments such as ship visits to assess the material condition of shipboard systems.<br>
Access, analyze, and provide recommended resolutions on diesel engines based on US Navy diesel inspector program.<br>
Perform diesel engine inspections and Formal Periodic Assessments (FPAs) in accordance with the JFMM Revision B (volume four (4), chapter four (4)), OPNAV Instruction 9220.3, and the U.S. Navy Diesel Engine Inspector Handbook S9233-CJ-HBK-010.<br>
Blueprint an engine, test engines and components, and take critical measurements to assess and eventually plan an overhaul or replacement.<br>
Supervise complex repairs to different diesel engines such as MTU, Caterpillar, Fairbanks Morse, Isotta Fraschini, Paxman, etc.<br>
Train crew and maintenance personnel in diesel maintenance and operations (focusing on foreign crews).</p>

To co-operate with your employer, making sure you get proper training and demonstrate excellent compliance and behavior that supports Kitt Green Environment, Health and Safety policies and procedures</span></p><br><p><b>Responsibilities</b></p><br><ul><li>Improve asset reliability across the different areas of the site by driving the introduction of best practices, standards and new ways of working for the maintenance team</li><li>Lead the implementation of Reliability Centered Maintenance, Total Productive Maintenance, Quantitative Preventive Maintenance and Condition Based Maintenance methodologies, tools and techniques</li><li>Support the maintenance team in the implementation of the Kraft Heinz Management System, including review and improvement of maintenance strategies and asset care</li><li>Lead the creation of engineering standards with the goal of improving asset reliability and cost reduction</li><li>Provide technical support to the operations and engineering teams, liaising with external service providers when necessary</li><li>Lead collection and analysis of asset performance data and KPIs to guide improvement plans across the site</li><li>adhere to Safety and Quality standards, behaving as role model for the engineering teams</li><li>Be the subject matter expert for asset performance and reliability within area of responsibility</li><li>Own specific asset reliability improvement plans</li><li>Generate asset performance and maintenance reports as required</li><li>Ensure all site standards for parts and installations are up to date and adhere to industry best practices</li><li>Support management of external service providers</li><li>Support the development of the site maintenance planning process</li><li>Complete fault diagnosis and provide technical guidance with hands on approach when required</li></ul><p><b>Experience</b></p><br><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in engineering</li><li>3-5 relevant working experience in industrial operations</li><li>Experience in CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems)</li><li>Experience in Total Productive Maintenance methodology, Reliability Centered Maintenance, Condition Based Maintenance practices, Failure Modes, Effects and Criticality Analysis (FMECA) analysis and asset care optimization strategy are desired</li><li>Experience with continuous improvement, problem solving and root cause analysis tools, such as PDCA (Plan, Do, Check, Act), Ishikawa and 5W1H</li><li>Strong analytical skills, a keen attention to detail</li><li>A forward thinker who demonstrates a ‘can-do’ and ownership attitudes</li><li>Has excellent communication and written skills</li><li>Computer literate with solid understanding of MS Excel</li></ul><u>Location(s)</u>6 October Factory<p><b>Kraft Heinz is an Equal Opportunity Employer – Underrepresented Ethnic Minority <span><span>Groups/Women/Veterans/Individuals</span></span> with Disabilities/Sexual Orientation/Gender Identity and other protected classes</b><b>.</b></p><br> </div>
