Jadeer is hiring for one of its clients, a leading UAE-based fitness and wellness equipment industry company expanding into the Egyptian market, an After-Sales Consultant to lead a team of technicians responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of gym equipment.

Role Overview

The After-Sales Consultant will supervise a team of technicians handling gym equipment (treadmills and related machines) across both workshop and field operations. The role combines hands-on technical work with team leadership, scheduling service calls, ensuring quality repairs, mentoring technicians, and serving as the escalation point for complex issues.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of technicians across workshop and field assignments

  
  

• Schedule and prioritize service calls, installations, and preventive maintenance visits

  
  

• Perform hands-on diagnostics and repairs on gym equipment when needed (treadmills, ellipticals, strength machines, etc.)

  
  

• Ensure SLA compliance and monitor first-time-fix rates and response times

  
  

• Train, mentor, and evaluate technician performance; support onboarding of new team members

  
  

• Act as escalation point for complex technical issues or client complaints

  
  

• Maintain accurate service records, parts usage, and job reports

  
  

• Coordinate with the After-Sales Manager on spare parts inventory, tooling needs, and recurring issues

  
  

• Ensure technicians follow safety protocols and manufacturer service standards

  
  

• Liaise with clients (gyms, health clubs, hotels) to ensure satisfaction post-service

  
  

Requirements:

• 1+ year of experience as a Consultant/Supervisor in gym/fitness equipment technical service

  
  

• Solid hands-on technical background in gym equipment repair and maintenance (electrical, mechanical, or electromechanical systems)

  
  

• Valid driving license (field visits required)

  
  

• Ability to manage scheduling and prioritize competing service demands

  
  

• Strong communication skills for client-facing situations

  
  

Qualifications

• Technical diploma/certification in electromechanical, electrical, or HVAC-related fields (preferred)

  
  

• Experience with specific major gym equipment brands preferred

  
  

• Experience with CMMS/service ticketing software preferred

  
  

• Bilingual (Arabic/English) preferred, especially useful for premium client accounts
