Due to business expansion in Egypt, we are hiring two After-Sales Service Engineers to provide technical support and services for Egypt for network communication equipment and optical terminal products.
Work Location Cairo, Egypt (may needs frequent travel within Egypt required based on project needs)
Key Responsibilities1. Technical Support & Maintenance: Provide on-site technical support for equipment installation, debugging, maintenance, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance.2. Equipment Monitoring & Optimization: Regularly inspect equipment status, analyze system performance, and propose optimization strategies to ensure stability.3. Rapid Response & Problem Solving: Address technical issues promptly via remote or on-site support to maximize customer satisfaction.4. Client Communication & Needs Analysis: Maintain strong client relationships, identify customer needs, and deliver tailored solutions.5. Upgrades & Training: Assist clients with equipment upgrades and configuration adjustments, and provide technical training.6. Documentation: Prepare technical reports and service records, and provide internal feedback on solutions.
Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electronics, Communication Engineering, Computer Science Language: Fluency in Arabic and English ( both spoken and written) for effective technical communication ( Chinese is an advantage) Skills: Strong customer service mindset, teamwork, problem solving and adaptability. Driving license: Valid driver's license for travel and on-site support. Preferred experience with Network Communication Devices or Optical Terminal Products.
