Main job duties and responsibilities:<br>Update the schedule based on inputs received from project team. Prepare the monthly Progress Reports to the (consultant/engineer, project manager) that also can be sent to the client. Monitor progress periodically and compares it with the baseline planning. Prepare Monthly client invoice for project packages for accurate recording & tracking. Prepare the Sub-Contractors Performance analysis report for better progress tracking. Prepare EOT Claims for projects for accurate recording & tracking. Monitor/prepare the Subcontractors integrated Schedules for progress tracking. Prepare the Procurement schedules. Track, monitor and forecast progress of all activities and deliverable such as products. Highlight critical activities based on the project schedule and advise project management with corrective actions. Report to the Project Manager the current work progress and make comparisons & analysis between plan and actual progress, study impact of alternative approaches to work, and highlight areas of concern which required action of the associate task member (delay analysis) Perform any additional tasks that might be necessary for easier workflow, within the main frame of the job’s specialty.<br><br><br>Job requirements:Educational background and previous experience:<br>Bachelor’s degree. Identify and report on technical drivers of variance (MTD, QTD, YTD). <br>- P&L Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead the technical preparation of annual budgets and rolling forecasts. Ensure alignment between operational targets and financial reality across multiple KSA entities. <br>- Balance Sheet Reviews/Reconciliations: Take full ownership of the General Ledger. Perform complex reconciliations, manage accruals/provisions, and resolve long-standing items (including aged GRIR balances) to ensure audit readiness. <br>- Providing support and guidance to business: Act as a technical financial partner to the MENA leadership team, providing data-driven insights to support commercial decision-making and risk mitigation. <br>- Providing and interpreting financial information: Translate complex financial data into actionable management reports. Ensure "Flash Reporting" and Group submissions are completed with high technical accuracy and zero-latency. <br>- Other tasks as they arise as per any new requirement: Execute special technical projects, including system enhancements, IFRS mapping updates, and strategic financial clean-ups. <br>- Budget preparation for several entities: Coordinate consolidated budget frameworks for various legal entities, ensuring local statutory requirements are balanced with global group expectations. <br>- Ensuring compliance with all relevant tax laws in KSA and executing required filings: Subject matter expert for region tax compliance.
