We are seeking a highly experienced, proactive, and detail-oriented Facilities & Maintenance Manager with Maintenance Background to oversee the daily operations and maintenance of our Factory at Borg Al Arab. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring a safe, efficient, and well-maintained environment for all occupants and assets, playing a critical role in supporting our business operations and employee well-being. Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil)
- Minimum of 10-15 years of progressive experience at domain facility management, operations, or property management, preferably in a [Textile industry, e.g., corporate, manufacturing, industrial] environment.
- Strong knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety) and maintenance best practices.
- Demonstrated experience in vendor management, contract negotiation, and budget management.
- In-depth understanding of Egyptian health, safety, and building regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication (written and verbal in Arabic and English), and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to facility issues.
