Main Duties & Responsibilities:<br>Lead the end-to-end ICT operations of a major, complex project and ensure stable, secure and cost-effective service delivery in line with the contract, approved scope and client expectations. Act as the primary operational interface with the client, consultants, internal stakeholders, OEMs and subcontractors, and lead service reviews, escalations and governance meetings. Own service performance against contractual SLAs, KPIs and OLAs, including availability, response and resolution times, backlog, repeat incidents, customer satisfaction and service quality. Establish and manage the operating model for the Service Desk, NOC and field support functions, including 24/7 shift coverage, on-call arrangements, escalation paths and delegation plans. Manage day-to-day operations across the project's ICT environment, including networks, data center infrastructure, servers, storage, virtualization, backup, unified communications and related enterprise platforms. Ensure effective implementation of ITIL-aligned incident, service request, problem, change, configuration, asset, knowledge, availability and capacity management processes. Lead major-incident response, coordinate technical recovery and stakeholder communications, and ensure timely root-cause analysis and closure of corrective and preventive actions.
