<li>Understanding backup theory and design. Backup and data management fundamentals</li>
<li>Previous experience with backup software such as Veritas, Symantec, Backup Exec, Shadow Protect, NetBackup, Networker, Avamar, VEEAM, or TSM is a plus.</li>
<li>Linux Skills - desirable</li>

Role Description The Detailing Section Head is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt, responsible for leading and overseeing the steel detailing team and ensuring accurate, timely delivery of fabrication drawings and documents. This role coordinates detailing activities across projects, reviews and approves shop drawings, connection details, and material lists, and ensures compliance with design specifications, industry standards, and client requirements. The Detailing Section Head collaborates closely with engineering, production, and project management teams to resolve technical issues, optimize fabrication processes, and support efficient project execution. Daily responsibilities include assigning and monitoring workloads, implementing quality control procedures, managing detailing schedules, and maintaining clear documentation and communication channels. The role also contributes to process improvement, supports the adoption of relevant detailing software and tools, and provides mentorship and performance feedback to team members. Qualifications Strong experience (8-10 years) in structural steel detailing, including preparation and review of shop drawings, connection details, and material take-offs. Proficiency in industry-standard detailing software (e.g., Tekla Structures, and Auto CAD or equivalent) and familiarity with 3D modeling and BIM workflows. Solid understanding of structural engineering principles, steel fabrication processes, codes, and standards relevant to industrial and infrastructure projects. Demonstrated leadership abilities in managing detailing teams, allocating resources, and supervising project delivery in a fast-paced environment. Excellent coordination and communication skills for working with engineering, production, quality, and project management stakeholders. Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills for resolving design and fabrication conflicts. Experience in large-scale industrial projects within sectors such as oil and gas, petrochemicals, power, infrastructure, or similar is highly beneficial.
