This full-time, on-site role includes managing and guiding a sales team, setting and monitoring sales targets, and ensuring effective coverage of assigned territories. The role involves building and maintaining strong customer relationships, following up on orders and deliveries, and resolving issues to support customer satisfaction. The supervisor will analyze market trends and sales data, prepare regular performance reports, and coordinate with marketing and supply chain teams to support promotional activities and product availability.
