متابعة و العمل على اصلاح و صيانة الالات الميكانيكية (سيور و بلى )<br>- مساعدة مهندس الميكانيكا لينفذ اعمال الصيانة الميكانيكية.<br>- يشارك و ينفذ فى تنفيذ اعطال الصيانة الفجائية.<br>- متابعة غرف الهواء المضغوط و الاتشرالات و ابراج التبريد و انظمة التهوية.

Job Title: Electromechanical Engineer (Plaza Mall) Location: Sheikh Zayed, October 6th, Giza, Egypt Department: Technical Services / Facilities Management Reporting To: Technical Manager / Mall Operations Director Employment Type: Full-Time<br>Job Summary We are seeking a highly experienced Electromechanical Engineer with at least 5 years of hands-on experience in the same role in a large-scale commercial or retail environment (shopping malls preferred). The ideal candidate will be responsible for the operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimization of all electromechanical systems across the Guezira Plaza to ensure uninterrupted functionality, energy efficiency, safety, and compliance with international standards. You will play a critical role in maintaining the mall’s reputation for reliability and guest comfort while minimizing downtime and operational costs.<br>Key Responsibilities Lead the preventive and corrective maintenance of all electromechanical systems, including:HVAC (Chillers, AHUs, FCUs, VRV systems, cooling towers) Electrical distribution (MV/LV switchgear, generators, transformers, UPS, lighting systems) Elevators, escalators, and moving walkways Firefighting, fire alarm, and suppression systems Plumbing, drainage, water treatment, and pumping stations BMS (Building Management System) and SCADA integration Diagnose and resolve complex technical faults quickly to minimize impact on mall operations and tenant experience. Prepare and manage annual maintenance budgets, spare parts inventory, and service contracts with vendors. Conduct regular inspections, performance testing, and energy audits to optimize efficiency and reduce consumption. Ensure full compliance with local authorities (Civil Defense, Electricity & Water authorities, Health & Safety regulations) and international standards (ISO, NFPA, ASHRAE, etc.). Supervise and train a team of technicians and subcontractors. Coordinate with tenants, contractors, and mall management during fit-outs, renovations, and emergency work. Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and emergency response plans. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly technical reports on system performance and incidents.<br>Requirements & Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Electromechanical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering from a reputable university. Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the same position (Electromechanical Engineer) in a shopping mall, large commercial plaza, or high-rise mixed-use facility. Proven track record in managing critical systems with zero or minimal downtime during peak seasons. Strong knowledge of modern building automation systems (BMS), PLCs, and energy management. Valid engineering professional license/membership.<br>Skills & Competencies Excellent command of both Arabic and English (spoken and written). Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills are under pressure. Ability to read and interpret electrical/mechanical drawings, P&IDs, and single-line diagrams. Leadership and team management capabilities. Customer-service oriented with a focus on tenant and visitor satisfaction.
