Execution of installation, maintenance, and repair works for water and sanitation networks inside the slaughterhouse. Maintenance and repair of hot and cold water lines, steam lines, condensates, and compressed air lines when needed. Installation and replacement of pipes, valves, connections, gates, pumps and their accessories. Detecting and repairing leaks and blockages to ensure continuous operation. Implementing preventive and corrective maintenance works for plumbing systems according to the approved maintenance plan. Monitoring the efficiency of drainage networks and ensuring there are no leaks that may affect operation safety or food safety. Cooperating with mechanical and electrical maintenance teams during joint maintenance works. Using the appropriate tools and keeping them maintained. Compliance with occupational health and safety procedures and use of personal protective equipment. Maintaining cleanliness of the work area after maintenance completion. Operating and monitoring the readiness of boilers according to approved operating procedures. Monitor steam pressure, temperature, and water level to ensure safe operation. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on boilers and their accessories. Monitor feed pumps, safety valves, and boiler control systems. Conduct periodic inspections and report any faults, leaks, or reduced efficiency. Monitor boiler water quality and coordinate with specialists to ensure proper chemical treatment. Perform welding and repair works for equipment and metal structures using suitable welding methods (arc welding, MIG, TIG as needed). Manufacture, install and repair supports, platforms, ladders, guardrails, and production line parts. Execute metal cutting, forming, and assembly according to drawings or work instructions. Repair cracks and damages in equipment and metal structures ensuring safe operation. Participate in preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment in coordination with mechanical maintenance teams. Inspect weld quality and ensure compliance with technical specifications. Maintain welding equipment and perform periodic inspections. Adhere to occupational safety procedures during welding, and use personal protective equipment. Keep the work area clean after maintenance work. Report any risks or faults that may affect safe operation.
