He/ She will be responsible for managing, coaching and developing team members. <br>This position is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to work with a great team, dynamic client portfolio, have autonomy, and make an impact in a fast paced work environment<br>ROLE and RESPONSIBILITIES:<br><ul><li>Reviewing all financial records/transactions to determine accuracy, completeness of data and ensure error-free reports </li><li>Preparing of financial statements and reports </li><li>Reconciling of sales and discrepancies on a weekly basis with all gateways/third party accounts and ensuring financial data is updated </li><li>Ensuring month-end and year-end closing process of accounting records </li><li>Assisting in development and enhancement of the Standard Operating Procedures </li><li>Identifying and highlight issues with accounting systems, processes and procedures, and provide potential solutions to the Advisor </li><li>Ensuring compliance with IFRS </li><li>Responsible in handling client account and responding to any issue derived from the clients </li><li>Ensuring that the Advisor/Manager is well informed about important accounting issues on a timely basis </li><li>Reviewing work of team members on a timely basis and provide feedback in a thorough and constructive manner </li><li>Coordinating with Advisory team to complete accounting tasks in a timely manner </li><li>Collaborating, communicating and sharing all client engagement knowledge with the team to achieve client goals </li><li>Providing required training, and coaching to help team members learn, grow, and develop </li><li>Assisting the advisory team in liaising and coordinating with auditors for interim and annual audits</li><li>Executing appropriate use of electronic working papers, accounting tools, analytical tools and sources of knowledge</li></ul><br>QUALIFICATIONS:<br><ul><li>Bachelors in Accounting, Commerce or Finance </li><li>Professional Qualification (CMA, CPA, CA) is a plus </li><li>Accounting or Finance Backgrounds </li><li>Advanced MS Excel skills, including Vlookups and pivot tables </li><li>Experience with Small-Medium Businesses, tools, & systems is a plus </li><li>Understanding of International Financial Reporting Standard (IFRS)</li></ul><br>REQUIRED SKILLS:<br><ul><li>Excellent communication skills </li><li>Fluent in English (verbal & written)</li><li>Great teamwork and management </li><li>Goal Oriented Attention to detail and accuracy </li><li>Problem Solving </li><li>Process Improvement </li><li>Project Management </li><li>Willingness to work under pressure </li><li>Open to new challenges and willing to respond towards change</li><li>Performing with a high degree of professionalism, integrity and business ethics</li></ul><br>LANGUAGES:<br>Fluent in English<br>For details to know who we are & what we do, please visit our website: https://www.keepers.com.kw<br> </div>
