<h4>Learning & facilitation</h4>
<ul>
<li>Review the learning needs analysis for the hotel(s) prior to the budget</li>
<li>Review with the hotel(s) the implementation and facilitation of a hotel(s) training plan and budget that is aligned with the hotel’s goals and strategic plan</li>
<li>Follow-up on all training activities within the hotel(s)</li>
<li>Ensure the hotel(s) are 100% compliant with all Ennismore compliance training</li>
<li>Ensure coordination and delivery of training programs of all internal providers</li>
<li>Champion company provided online and e-learning tools and portals, ensuring approval processes are in place and executed, as well as registrations and completions are monitored and tracked</li>
<li>Assist their hotel(s) in developing quality introductory and ongoing departmental training plans and learning activities; maintain active follow-up through ongoing coaching, guidance and support of junior-, mid-level- and senior leaders</li>
<li>Support the quality and learning manager in the development of departmental trainers as required</li>
<li>See where synergies can be made with regards to training programmes</li>
<li>Participate in regional meetings/workshops and ensure such activities are rolled out as required in the hotel(s)</li>
<li>Manage the Connect portal, Ennismore Learning (LMS) and Ennismore Lobby and ensure colleague completion of all required training</li>

<li>Assist with the bi-annual talent review process in conjunction with the department heads and ensure associated documentation is maintained to the required standard</li>
