Job Description:- We are looking for a Graphic Designer and Video Editor with strong experience in designing creative content and producing and editing professional videos. The candidate should be able to translate ideas and marketing strategies into visually appealing materials that enhance the brand identity and contribute to increased engagement and growth objectives.- The candidate will be responsible for designing marketing materials, producing and editing promotional videos, and creating visual content for social media platforms, in close collaboration with the Marketing, Content Creation, and Media Buying teams to produce high-quality content that supports campaigns and achieves the best results.Tasks and responsibilities:- Design visual identity and digital and print marketing materials in line with brand identity.- Design creative ads for Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, and Google Ads to achieve optimal campaign performance.- Produce and edit marketing and promotional videos for social media platforms, website, and digital campaigns.- Design and prepare visual content for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and others.- Create static and motion graphics suitable for various digital platforms.- Execute professional editing, add visual effects, transitions, animations, and texts to elevate content quality.- Optimize videos to meet the requirements of each platform in terms of dimensions, sizes, duration, and best practices.- Collaborate with the Marketing and Content Creation teams to develop creative ideas and transform them into impactful visual content.- Collaborate with Media Buying to produce ads that achieve the highest engagement and conversion rates.- Conduct Creative Testing on designs and videos and improve them based on performance results.- Manage and organize the company’s file library, designs, and creative assets.- Monitor the latest design and video production trends and apply best practices to enhance the brand presence."Qualifications and required skills:- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, Visual Design, or any related field.- Practical experience of 3-5 years in graphic design and production/editing of videos.- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects. - Experience in designing creative ads for Meta platforms, TikTok, and Google Ads.- Experience in designing content tailored for social media platforms with various dimensions and requirements.- Good understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, and visual identity.- Experience in producing short-form videos suitable for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.- Ability to execute motion graphics and add professional visual effects.- Familiarity with digital marketing principles and designing creative materials that support campaign goals.- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.- Strong creative sensibility, attention to detail, ability to work in a team and communicate effectively.- Portfolio with professional samples in design, editing, and digital advertising is preferred.<p><strong>Additional Details</strong></p><ul><li>Number of vacancies: 1</li><li>Shift pattern: Morning shift only</li></ul>

Daily tasks include assembling raw footage, applying basic and advanced edits, color correction and grading, adding motion graphics and titles, and collaborating with the marketing and sales teams to translate briefs into effective visual stories. The role also involves optimizing videos for different platforms, maintaining organized project files, and contributing creative ideas to improve visual communication of the company’s real estate offerings. Qualifications Strong skills in Video Editing and Video Production, with the ability to handle the full post-production workflow. Proficiency in Video Color Grading to ensure consistent, high-quality visual output. Experience with Motion Graphics and basic Graphics to create titles, transitions, and visual elements that enhance storytelling. Practical proficiency in industry-standard editing and compositing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools). Ability to work on-site in 10th of Ramadan and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Relevant education or training in film, media, design, or a related field is preferred; a portfolio showcasing previous video work is required.
