Senior Property Consultant

  • Making appointments to meet new and existing customers.
  • Understanding your customers’ needs.
  • Making presentations to promote new products and special deals.
  • Contact potential clients through calls, emails, etc. to offer them properties all over Egypt.
  • Generate leads through referrals, emails, phone calls as well as direct visits.
  • Achieve sales targets set by the company.
  • Advise clients on market conditions, prices, legal requirements, and related matters.
  • Prepare and present business proposals to convince clients and secure selling properties in projects around Egypt.
  • Meet clients either in the office or outside (clients premises, developers premises, project site, etc...).

Proven experience in the Real Estate brokerage industry of at least 2 years.Excellent awareness of the Market.Very good command of  English is a Must.Presentable with very good communication skills.Graduates preferably (AUC, GUC, MIU, BUE, AAST, FUE, MSA).Prefer residence nearby New Cairo, Nasr City, Heliopolis, Maadi & others around residency.Must own a Car.
