PRIMARY PURPOSE:
As a Spa Receptionist, you will set the stage for guest experience with your welcoming smile and service. By understanding their unique stories and needs, you will own their experience to create
WOW
moments and memories they will carry with them far beyond their stay with us.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES:
* Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service, in alignment with S.H.O.W. Service Basics and exceed guest expectations
* Follow all departmental and policies and procedures including safety and sanitation policies
* Provide services including but not limited to, assisting all guests with Spa and/or Salon appointments, check guests in and out of facility, provide sincere, enthusiastic, quality, and consistent customer service to the spa and salon clients
* Create exceptional customer service and assist guests with questions, ensure professional and courteous behavior to all guests and employees, manage cash bank daily, retain knowledge of spa/salon software system
* Promote and sell service treatments, enhancements, upgrades and retail products
* Performs other job-related duties as requested
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
* Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
PREFERRED:
* At least 6 moths of previous Spa Receptionist experience
* At least 1 year of experience as a cashier, receptionist and/or administrative assistant
* Previous Retail experience
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Bilingual
* Previous experience working in a similar luxury spa or salon setting
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
* Able to effectively communicate in English, in both written and verbal forms
* Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with all business contacts
* Professional appearance and demeanor.
