We have an exciting opportunity are now looking for a Managed Service (MS) Delivery Manager; do you want to join us? In this role, you will secure delivery performance in alignment with the business case and managed service targets. Your responsibility is to secure the quality and cost of the services delivered from their delivery unit either global or local in accordance to the expected levels agreed in the Working Level Agreements (WLA) and handle service performance requirements (global benchmark and targets)! NOC Management Head is the focal point of all Incident, problem and change management activities. The position involves leading, managing and coordinating a Network Operations. This group will support Ericsson’s Managed Services deliveries towards the customer & relating to multi-vendor, multi-technologies! This will involve having close working relationships with 1st Level Operations, Service & Resource Fulfilment, 2nd Level Operations, Customer Support, Optimization, MSIP, customer and 3PPs.

You will
  • Be responsible for performance & motivation of personnel
  • Be building competency and efficiency within the department to support existing and upcoming technology requirements in relationship to project demands
  • Responsible for enabling automation/innovation in deliver to take cost out
  • Build & develop the leadership team at all levels as per right span of control
  • Sustaining existing business as well as participating in new business opportunities and advanced planning of technology support
  • Foster culture of innovation and continual development within their sub-unit
  • Conduct or participate in hiring process for their function
  • Ensure fulfilment of all learning & development needs of personnel
  • Builds a productive work environment for the individuals and own organization
  • Ensures service delivery execution
  • Applies service delivery strategies
  • Ensures execution of work

To be successful in the role you must have
  • Degree in Engineering
  • 10-12 years demonstrated ability in Telecommunications
  • 8+ years management in the operations of telecom networks
  • 2-4 years of experience managing IM/PM/CM operations

  • Customer insight, Market insight, Innovation skills & Financial acumen
  • Service Delivery Processes, Models and Strategy
  • Highly motivated individual with the ability to motivate others
  • Experience of managing large teams in a multi-vendor/ multi-technology environment preferred
  • Ability to create and drive concepts as well as directives
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation and customer service skills
  • Understand Ericsson’s processes, knowledge of Ericsson structure
  • Must have excellent consulting and mentor skills for knowledge share
  • Very good skills in oral and written communications
  • Self-starter with excellent problem solving and prioritization skills
  • Ability to develop and give effective presentations to different levels
