District Sales Manager - Cairo & Alex

  • Manage sales operations in assigned territory to achieve sales targets.
  • Supervise sales team members on daily basis and provide guidance whenever needed.
  • Work with team to implement new sales techniques to maximize sales growth.
  • Track sales & forecast against sales plan.
  • Analyze sales performances and recommend improvements.
  • Ensure that the sales team follows company policies and procedures at all times.
  • Achieve territory sales targets & goals.
  • Completing sales reports and submitting them to the sales director.
  • Provide the company with market feedback about market activities, trends, and dynamics.
  • Support other district sales managers as required. 
  • Provide on-field coaching to the sales team members on a regular basis.
  • Close monitoring of distribution channels. 
  • Support sales team members in their day to day activities. 
  • May need to conduct check visits.
