  • Formulate the brand strategy based on market gap analysis.

  • Develop short- and long-term objectives for the brand.

  • Monitor the turnover and the profitability of the brand. 

  • Develop the yearly sales targets for the brand.

  • Develop the brand marketing calendar.

  • Plan for the needed yearly marketing budget.

  • Plan for the Monthly marketing spending.

  • Monitor the actual monthly marketing spending VS target.

  • Develop a pre – post study analysis for the marketing activities.

  • Execute the approved marketing calendar.

  • Co-ordinate with the internal departments on packaging and product quality. 

  • Monitor the market feedback on the product and communicate to the management.

  • Analyze the retail audit data and the Qualitative and Quantitative research in order to reach a sound able business decision with the management.

  • Coordinate with the advertising agencies on the marketing calendar and write the needed briefs. 

  • Follow up on the time executions of the marketing calendar activities.

  • Develop a quarterly marketing expenditure reports to guarantee that the activities within the assigned marketing budgets.



  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or any related field.


  • A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in FMCG Industry.
