Work in a cement products factory warehouse in Suez to perform the following tasks: 1. Add incoming company items of spare parts and raw materials, etc., and record them in the addition vouchers after ensuring full arrival. 2. Issue raw materials to factories for the production process and record them in the issuing vouchers. 3. Issue spare parts and register them in the software. 4. Monitor clerk movement in transferring the finished product to and from the warehouse upon receipt and delivery of the finished product. 5. Receive the product and inspect it as quantity and type from production lines. 6. Issue finished product to customers after ensuring type, color, and quantity, and register it in issuing vouchers. 7. Receive pallets arriving to the factory and returned by customers and record them in addition vouchers. 8. Monitor R-TCH movement from the factory. 9. Record the movement of addition vouchers, issuing vouchers, and return vouchers in the store ledger. 10. Assist in preparing documents (overall export, overall input, issuing vouchers, addition vouchers) daily. 11. Provide necessary balances for the warehouse, follow up, and submit purchase requests when needed. 12. Go out with company equipment for repackaging and approve invoices with the vehicle movement supervisor. 13. Monitor oil changes for company cars according to mileage. 14. Distribute returns to balances. 15. Continuously organize the company warehouses. Perform any tasks requested within your scope that serve the work’s interest. Job requirements: Higher education; excellent computer skills; recent graduate (very good) or 1–3 years of experience in warehouse management. If experienced: ERP software experience preferred or easy to learn ERP software. Discipline and strong personality.
