Process all orders independently in SAP. Check glass stocks and availability of packaging. Ensure registration details for each order in the specific files. Send by email an order acknowledgement to customer within 24 hours. This acknowledgment means that is received processed and the customer will be informed about the delivery date. Any amendment of the orders, made by customer via sales person, must be updated in all specific files including in the SAP system. All orders should be passing to the production planner and warehouse planner in order to plan the production and packaging accordingly. Prepare and be accurate with the documents for loading, give it to the warehouse. Follow on daily basis the status of each order and make all the steps in time. At the beginning and end of each day, check the status of the loading, perform „good issue” and process the invoice in SAP. After loading, check and process the final invoice in SAP prepare and give these documents to the export documentation person to finalize the export documents. Create the archive for each customer and order according with the internal procedure, assuring that those are complete and keep it in good conditions. If there are changes in customer’s order, act immediately and make the necessary amendments relating to the glass, packaging, date of delivery, assuring that the production planner, warehouse planner and booking transportation are warned about these changes. Send the status of their orders to customers weekly. Send all the documents in copy to customers according with the specific of each of them, ensuring that all invoices are issued for uploads. Receive and pass to the responsible department all the claims received from customers. Follow-up the claims and stress the department in charge for a resolution. Inform the customer about this resolution. To provide support and resource for local WCM activities whilst implementing global projects, local projects, Act as project/pillar sponsor, leader, member. Lafarge Egypt continuously seeks to meet the needs of a wide range of customers including but not limited to individual homebuilders, large construction companies, architects, or local artisans, powered by 1500 passionate employees.<br>Overview:Provide accurate workforce reporting, analytics, and data management to support effective workforce planning, contractor management, operational decision-making, and compliance across Sokhna Plant.<br>Responsibilities:Health & Safety:Adhere to, enforce relevant legislation and policies, and ensure that the highestdegree of safety and safe working practices are maintained. Maintain and enhance the Health, Safety, Quality and Environmental standards within the scope of this role.<br>Functional:Maintain accurate workforce databases, contractor records, and manpower information. Validate workforce attendance, contractor timesheets, and supporting documentation. Monitor workforce headcount, attendance, absenteeism, overtime, turnover, and labor utilization. Analyze workforce performance trends and provide actionable insights to management. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly workforce reports and dashboards. Develop and maintain workforce KPIs to support operational performance. Support payroll validation for subcontracted manpower. Monitor labor costs and provide workforce analysis to support budgeting and cost optimization. Ensure workforce data accuracy across HR and contractor management systems. Generate reports required for audits, management reviews, and compliance activities. Track completion of mandatory HSE training, inductions, certifications, and medical fitness requirements. Monitor workforce compliance with contractor documentation and regulatory requirements. Analyze workforce trends that may impact safety, including excessive overtime, absenteeism, and staffing shortages. Maintain workforce compliance records to support internal and external audits. Identify opportunities to automate reporting and improve workforce analytics. Support continuous improvement initiatives through data-driven recommendations and performance analysis.<br>Education, Qualifications & Experience:Education:- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related discipline.- Continuous professional development in labor law, leadership, change management, and industrial relations is expected.<br>Technical Skills:-Strong knowledge of industrial/manufacturing HR and blue-collar workforce management.-In-depth understanding of Egyptian Labor Law and industrial relations.-Expertise in workforce planning, talent management, and performance systems.-Knowledge in HRIS systems (e.g., SAP Success Factors, Oracle) and HR operations.<br>Experience:- Minimum 2 - 4 years of progressive HR experience, preferably within multinational and industrial/manufacturing environments.- Strong hands-on experience leading HR functions in factory or plant settings with large labor populations.- Deep expertise in employee relations, engagement, talent management, and organizational development.- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills.<br>WHO ARE HOLCIM PEOPLE?
