Human Resources & Personnel:
• Managing the full employee lifecycle, including hiring, contract renewals, transfers, promotions, disciplinary actions, and terminations. • Preparing and reviewing employment contracts, addendums, letters, and employee documents. • Maintaining and continuously updating employee files and data. • Tracking attendance, leaves, probation periods, and contract expirations. • Supporting payroll preparation and ensuring the accuracy of employee data, leaves, and attendance. • Handling employee grievances, investigations, and disciplinary actions with confidentiality and professionalism. • Supporting management in applying HR policies and procedures consistently.
Labor Law & Legal Compliance:
• Ensuring HR policies and procedures comply with Egyptian Labor Law. • Legally reviewing employment contracts, disciplinary actions, resignations, and terminations. • Following up on updates to labor laws and regulations and suggesting necessary amendments. • Coordinating with legal advisors and lawyers as needed.
Government Authorities & Legal Procedures:
• Dealing with social insurance offices, labor offices, and relevant government authorities, and completing required procedures and documents. • Following up on social insurance and labor office procedures to ensure completion within specified deadlines. • Following up on labor cases and procedures and coordinating with lawyers and legal advisors. • Attending and following up before relevant authorities and courts when needed.
Recruitment:
• Managing recruitment processes from job posting and CV screening to interviewing and hiring. • Coordinating interviews and tests with concerned managers. • Preparing job offers and coordinating hiring and onboarding procedures. • Updating candidate data and recruitment processes on HR systems.
HR Process Development:
• Preparing HR reports on recruitment, headcount, turnover rate, attendance, and leaves. • Contributing to the development and improvement of HR policies and procedures. • Supporting management in employee retention initiatives and professional development.
Job Requirements:
• A Bachelor's degree in Law is an essential requirement for the job.
• 2 to 3 years of experience in HR, personnel, or employee relations.
• Good practical experience in Egyptian Labor Law.
• Experience in preparing and reviewing employment contracts, investigations, disciplinary actions, and terminations.
• Experience in dealing with social insurance offices, labor offices, and government authorities.
• Experience in following up on labor cases, procedures, and courts.
• Previous experience in recruitment and conducting interviews.
• Strong organizational, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle employee data and files with strict confidentiality.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
• Fluency in spoken and written English.
• Willingness to travel to government authorities and courts when needed.
• Must reside in Fayoum or nearby areas.
