Role Description BÖWE is seeking a talented, creative, and detail-oriented Interior Designer with 5–10 years of proven experience in high-end residential, commercial, hospitality and mixed-use interior design projects. The successful candidate will lead design development, prepare detailed drawings and specifications, and deliver innovative interiors that combine functionality, luxury, and timeless elegance. You will collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure seamless design integration throughout all project stages.<br>Key Responsibilities Lead interior design projects through the full project lifecycle, from concept development to completion. Develop design concepts for high-end residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects that reflect each client’s vision and project objectives. Prepare space planning layouts, mood boards, material boards, and furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) schedules. Produce accurate detailed drawings, technical specifications, and construction documentation. Create high-quality 3D visualizations, renderings, and presentations for client review and approval. Select finishes, furniture, lighting, and accessories that meet the design brief and project standards. Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, suppliers, and contractors to ensure the design intent is accurately implemented. Ensure designs comply with applicable local building codes, health and safety standards, and sustainability requirements. Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining consistent quality. Represent BÖWE professionally in client meetings and design presentations. Required Software Proficiency Technical Drawings and Documentation: Auto CAD.3D Modeling and BIM: Revit and Sketch Up. Rendering and Visualization: V-Ray, Lumion, Enscape, Twinmotion, and Unreal Engine. Graphics and Post-production: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and After Effects. Candidate Profile Experience: 5–10 years of hands-on interior design experience across high-end residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture. A strong professional work portfolio demonstrating design creativity, technical expertise, and relevant project experience. Fluency in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent coordination and presentation skills. Ability to lead projects independently and collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team. Strong attention to detail and a thorough understanding of materials, finishes, and contemporary design trends.<br>Key Competencies Creative Concept Development: Ability to develop original interior design concepts and translate client briefs into distinctive, cohesive spaces. Technical Detailing: Ability to produce accurate drawings and construction details while coordinating designs with architectural and MEP requirements. Software Proficiency: Effective use of Auto CAD, BIM and 3D modeling software, rendering tools, and Adobe design applications. Communication and Collaboration: Ability to present concepts clearly and work effectively with clients, consultants, suppliers, and contractors. Role Description The Senior Architect (fit-out drawings) will be responsible for leading interior and architectural fit-out design packages for projects located in Egypt, with a primary work location in Giza. This full-time, on-site role includes developing detailed fit-out drawings, coordinating with design teams, engineers, and contractors, and ensuring that all design documentation complies with local codes and client requirements. The role involves reviewing and refining architectural concepts, preparing construction documents, and overseeing design integration with existing structures and building systems. The Senior Architect will participate in site visits, resolve technical design issues, support project managers with timelines and deliverables, and maintain quality standards across all phases of fit-out projects. Qualifications Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with demonstrated experience in interior and fit-out projects. Strong technical detailing skills and experience in preparing detailed fit-out drawings. Excellent 3D modeling and rendering skills, with the ability to produce high-quality visualizations. Ability to oversee Integration of architectural elements with structural, MEP, and interior systems. Proficiency in Project Management, including planning, coordination, and monitoring of design deliverables. Familiarity with Software Development principles is an advantage for collaborating on digital design tools or integrated systems workflows. Proficiency in industry-standard design and drafting software (e.g., Auto CAD, Revit, BIM tools) and strong technical drawing skills. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture or a closely related field; professional registration or licensure is an advantage. Experience managing fit-out projects in commercial, residential, or mixed-use developments, preferably within Egypt or the region. Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders on-site.
