Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Architectural Designer role based in New Cairo. The Architectural Designer will develop design concepts, prepare architectural drawings, and support the production of construction documents for a variety of project types. Daily tasks include coordinating design details, refining layouts and elevations, preparing presentations, and collaborating with senior designers and engineers. The role also involves conducting site visits, supporting urban and interior design considerations, and ensuring designs comply with local codes and project requirements. The Architectural Designer is expected to participate in client meetings and contribute creative ideas that align with project budgets and timelines.
Qualifications

Strong foundation in Architecture, interior and Architectural Design, with the ability to translate concepts into practical solutions. Proficiency in Construction Drawings and technical detailing, including preparing coordinated plans, sections, and elevations. Skilled in Drawing and visual representation, using both hand sketching and digital tools for design development and presentations. Basic understanding or interest in Urban Planning and its impact on site layout and project context. Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a closely related field. Proficiency in relevant design and drafting software (e.g., Auto CAD, Revit,3D max, or similar 2D/3D tools) Ability to work on-site in New Cairo, collaborate within a team, and manage multiple tasks with attention to detail. Knowledge of local building codes and construction practices is an advantage. Strong communication skills and willingness to engage with clients and project stakeholders.
