dir="rtl">تطبيق إجراءات تأمين المباني والممتلكات والمعلومات ووسائل الاتصال، بهدف تأمين الجهاز والعاملين به والمترددين عليه، لتحقيق النتائج المستهدفة منها.</span></p><h2 ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl">أبرز المهام</span></h2><ul><li><p ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl">يشارك في وضع البرامج والسياسات التشغيلية في ضوء الخطة الاستراتيجية للجهاز، والعمل على تحقيقها ومتابعة تطبيقها.</span></p></li><li><p ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl">يتابع ويقيم أعمال الإدارة والعاملين، ويتأكد من إنجازها وفقًا للبرامج والسياسات التفصيلية الموضوعة، من حيث الكفاءة والفعالية والاحترافية، بما يضمن الالتزام بكافة الأنظمة واللوائح والسياسات المعتمدة في الجهاز.</span></p></li><li><p ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl">يقدم المقترحات بشأن الاحتياجات من الموارد البشرية والتدريبية والمالية والمستلزمات الإدارية اللازمة لتنفيذ الأعمال والأنشطة المختلفة بالإدارة، وضمان الاستخدام الأمثل لهذه الموارد.</span></p></li><li><p ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl">يرفع التقارير الدورية المتعلقة بسير العمل في الإدارة للرئيس المباشر، بناءً على التوجيهات الصادرة أو على أساس مدة زمنية محددة.</span></p></li><li><p ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl">يشرف على أعمال تأمين الأفراد والمنشآت والمستندات وجميع وسائل الاتصال وغيرها من وسائل التأمين.</span></p></li><li><p ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl">يتابع استطلاع رأي الجهات الأمنية والرقابية بشأن العاملين الجدد الذين يتم تعيينهم في الجهاز، أو عند السفر للخارج، أو ترددهم على السفارات والقنصليات الأجنبية والأماكن الحساسة بالدولة.</span></p></li><li><p ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl">يبدي الرأي من الناحية الأمنية في شأن الأجانب الذين يستفيد بهم الجهاز في نشاطه، سواء بالعمل أو التدريب أو غيره.</span></p></li><li><p ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl">يشرف على وضع الخطط والبرامج التي تضمن أمن وسلامة الأفراد والمنشآت والممتلكات الخاصة بالجهاز لحمايتها من أي ضرر أو اعتداء أو أعمال التخريب، وإعداد تقارير الإنجازات الخاصة بتنفيذ الخطة الاستراتيجية للجهاز.</span></p></li><li><p ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl">يشرف على تأمين كافة صور الدخول والخروج من الجهاز.</span></p></li><li><p ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl">يشرف على وضع نظام لتأمين الحراسة الداخلية والخارجية، ووضع برامج المتابعة الميدانية للحراسات على مدار الساعة، وذلك بالتعاون مع الجهات ذات الصلة.</span></p></li><li><p ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl">يضع الإجراءات الخاصة باستخراج تصاريح دخول الأفراد والسيارات إلى مباني الجهاز والمواقع التابعة له، ومتابعة الالتزام بالنظم المتبعة.</span></p></li><li><p ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl">يشرف على تثبيت إنذارات السلامة والكاميرات بالمباني وفي محيطها.</span></p></li><li><p ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl">يشرف على تأمين الاجتماعات والمؤتمرات واللقاءات التي تعقد في مقر الجهاز أو خارجه، واتخاذ الإجراءات اللازمة حيال التصرفات والتحركات المخالفة للنظم والتعليمات الأمنية.</span></p></li><li><p ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl">يشارك في وضع التعليمات التي تكفل تأمين المعلومات المتداولة بالجهاز، سواء من حيث كتابتها أو تداولها أو حفظها ونظام إعدامها، بالتنسيق مع الإدارة المعنية لتأمين المعلومات.</span></p></li><li><p ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl">يشرف على تأمين جميع وسائل الاتصال السلكية واللاسلكية والبريدية والحاسبات الآلية والمطبعة وغيرها.</span></p></li><li><p ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl">يضع التعليمات الخاصة بحماية البريد السري والطرود وأمن المحادثات التليفونية أو التصوير وغيرها.</span></p></li><li><p ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl">يتخذ الإجراءات اللازمة لنشر الوعي الأمني بين جميع فئات العاملين بالجهاز، وإصدار النشرات وغيرها، وذلك بالتعاون مع الإدارات المختصة.</span></p></li><li><p ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl">يقدم التقارير الدورية عن الحالة الأمنية والتوصيات التي من شأنها تحقيق التقنية الحديثة في مجال الأمن.</span></p></li><li><p ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl">يؤدي جميع ما يسند إليه من مهام أخرى متصلة بطبيعة عمل الوظيفة.</span></p></li></ul><h2 ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl">شروط شغل الوظيفة</span></h2><ul><li><p ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl"><strong>المؤهل:</strong> مؤهل عالٍ يتواءم مع نوع وطبيعة العمل.</span></p></li><li><p ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl"><strong>الحد الأقصى للسن وقت التقديم:</strong> 45 عامًا.</span></p></li><li><p ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl"><strong>سنوات الخبرة:</strong> قضاء مدة بينية مقدارها عام على الأقل في وظيفة من المستوى الأدنى له مباشرة (الأول ب)، وذلك للعاملين من داخل الجهاز الإداري للدولة، أو قضاء مدة كلية مقدارها ستة عشر عامًا على الأقل تتفق مع طبيعة عمل الوظيفة،
