A leading company in electronic payment announces the need to hire an experienced Sales Supervisor to work in the governorates of Cairo, Giza, and Alexandria according to work demand. Job duties: Supervising the sales team and tracking their performance to achieve targets. Guiding and motivating the sales team and improving performance. Implementing sales plans and strategies and expanding in the market. Following up with clients and building strong relationships with them. Preparing periodic reports on the team and sales performance. Training and developing sales team members. Job requirements: At least a middle diploma. The candidate must have their own sales team ready to start immediately. 3 to 5 years of experience in sales. At least 1 year of experience as a Sales Supervisor. Prefer experience in electronic payment / FinTech; experience in Telecommunications or FMCG - Fast-MMoving Consumer Goods is acceptable. Strong leadership and managerial skills.
