Supervise all security personnel and assign them to sites and centers according to work needs. Prepare work schedules, vacations, and shifts to ensure continuous security coverage. Monitor the performance of security personnel and assess their compliance with instructions and procedures. Oversee surveillance systems and cameras, ensuring readiness and operational efficiency. Conduct periodic security sweeps across all sites to ensure adherence to security policies. Coordinate and follow up with external security companies and supervise their performance on-site. Train internal and external security personnel on work instructions and security and safety procedures specific to the centers. Investigate security incidents and violations and prepare the necessary reports for management. Ensure application of entry/exit procedures and protection of assets and property. Prepare periodic security performance reports and propose improvements to develop the security system.
