About the Job Position Overview The Senior Education Specialist is responsible for leading the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of education programs aligned with the Foundation’s mission and strategic objectives. The role involves managing education initiatives, building strategic partnerships, overseeing program budgets, supervising and developing team members, and establishing effective monitoring and evaluation systems to measure impact. The Senior Education Specialist will work closely with government entities, NGOs, academic institutions, donors, subject matter experts, and other stakeholders to maximize program reach, quality, and sustainability. The role also contributes to strategic planning and education policy development while ensuring compliance with relevant standards and donor requirements. Key Responsibilities Education Program Design & Delivery Lead the design, development, and implementation of education programs aligned with the Foundation’s mission, strategic goals, community needs, and national education priorities. Collaborate with subject matter experts and strategic partners to develop program content, delivery methods, learning outcomes, and implementation plans. Oversee the end-to-end delivery of education initiatives, ensuring programs are delivered effectively, on schedule, and to the required quality standards. Identify opportunities to enhance program effectiveness, innovation, scalability, and sustainability. Ensure education programs achieve their intended outcomes and create measurable impact. Strategic Partnerships & Stakeholder Management Build and maintain strong relationships with government bodies, NGOs, academic institutions, donors, and other strategic stakeholders. Develop partnerships that expand program reach, strengthen sustainability, and maximize the Foundation’s impact in education. Lead regular communication and coordination with key stakeholders to align expectations, secure support, and encourage collaboration. Represent the Foundation in relevant meetings, forums, workshops, conferences, and external engagements. Identify and develop opportunities for new strategic partnerships and collaborative initiatives. Budget Management & Financial Oversight Develop and monitor education program budgets in coordination with relevant internal teams. Ensure program expenditures are properly controlled and aligned with approved budgets, Foundation policies, and donor requirements. Monitor financial performance and identify potential risks, variances, and cost-saving opportunities. Ensure resources are utilized efficiently without compromising program quality or impact. Provide financial updates and inputs for management and donor reporting. Team Leadership & Development Lead, supervise, mentor, and coach education program staff to achieve individual and team objectives. Set clear performance expectations, provide regular feedback, and identify professional development and training opportunities. Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performance working environment. Support team members in solving operational challenges and improving program delivery. Build team capabilities and ensure effective allocation of responsibilities and resources. Monitoring, Evaluation & Impact Measurement Design and manage monitoring and evaluation frameworks to measure program effectiveness, outcomes, and impact. Establish appropriate indicators, targets, data collection methods, and reporting mechanisms. Collect, analyze, and interpret program data to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for improvement. Use evaluation findings and evidence to support data-driven decision-making and continuous program improvement. Ensure accurate documentation of program outcomes, lessons learned, and impact. Quality, Compliance & Risk Management Ensure all education programs comply with relevant legal, ethical, regulatory, quality, and donor requirements. Establish and maintain quality standards across program activities and delivery. Conduct regular quality reviews, audits, and risk assessments to identify and address potential issues. Ensure program documentation and processes meet Foundation policies and relevant external standards. Proactively identify risks and implement appropriate mitigation measures to protect program quality and reputation. Reporting & Management Information Prepare comprehensive program progress reports, performance reports, and donor reports. Consolidate and analyze program, financial, and impact data to provide accurate and meaningful insights. Present key findings, achievements, challenges, and recommendations to senior management, donors, and strategic partners. Maintain accurate and up-to-date program documentation and records. Provide timely information and recommendations to support strategic and operational decision-making. Events & Strategic Initiatives Plan, coordinate, and deliver high-level educational events, workshops, conferences, and strategic initiatives. Develop event strategies that support program objectives, stakeholder engagement, visibility, and community impact. Coordinate with internal teams, external partners, speakers, and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of major initiatives. Represent the Foundation at relevant education events and public engagements. Identify opportunities to increase the Foundation’s visibility and influence within the education sector. Strategic Planning & Education Policy Contribute to the development and implementation of the Foundation’s long-term education strategy. Conduct research, sector analysis, and environmental scans to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and challenges in education. Develop recommendations and policy inputs that support the Foundation’s strategic direction. Contribute to the development of policies, frameworks, and initiatives that strengthen the Foundation’s role in the education sector. Support senior leadership in identifying strategic opportunities and positioning the Foundation as a credible contributor to education development. Qualifications & Experience Education Bachelor’s degree in Education, Social Sciences, Business Administration, Development Studies, or a related field. Experience Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in education programs, program management, education development, or a similar role. Previous experience in vocational education is preferred. Proven experience in designing and implementing education programs from concept through delivery and evaluation. Experience managing budgets, strategic partnerships, and external stakeholders. Experience in monitoring and evaluation (M&E), impact measurement, and data-driven program improvement. Previous experience in team leadership, staff development, and strategic initiatives is highly desirable. Skills & Competencies Technical Skills Strong knowledge of education program design, implementation, and evaluation. <p>We are seeking an experienced Section Manager Protection (Secondary Engineer) to lead our Protection Engineering team within the Transmission & Distribution (T&D) division. The successful candidate will oversee the design, review, and delivery of protection and control systems for substation projects while ensuring technical excellence, efficient resource management, and compliance with international standards.</p>
<h4>Key responsibilities / deliverables</h4>
<ul>
<li>Lead and manage the Protection Engineering Section across multiple projects.</li>
<li>Oversee the design and review of protection and control systems for HV/EHV substations.</li>
<li>Review and approve engineering deliverables, protection philosophies, relay settings, and technical documentation.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with project specifications, client requirements, and applicable international standards (IEC, IEEE, SEC, SASO).</li>
<li>Coordinate with multidisciplinary engineering teams, clients, vendors, and contractors.</li>
<li>Support project execution during design, installation, testing, and commissioning phases.</li>

<li>Strong knowledge of protection systems, relay coordination, substation secondary design, and power system studies.</li>
<li>Experience delivering HV/EHV substation projects.</li>

<p>We are seeking an IT Service Desk Specialist to provide first-line service desk support for enterprise end users, supporting Vodafone Automotive and Global Catalogue users through a helpdesk-to-helpdesk support model. The role covers request management, incident management, authorisation management, service level management, relationship management, problem management and inventory-related support, while coordinating with internal teams, partners, affiliates and third-party suppliers to deliver timely, quality-focused resolutions.</p>

<p>The Assistant Director of Housekeeping is responsible for supporting the Director of Housekeeping in the overall management and daily operations of the Housekeeping Department.
