مهندس /مشرف موقع خبره في انواع الاخشاب والدهانات والقدره علي قراءه الرسومات الهندسيه<br>للعمل بموقع الضبعه<br>مهام مهندس الموقع:<br>تسليم الأعمال للاستشاري وفقًا للمخططات والمواصفات المعتمدة.<br>إعداد التقارير اليومية والأسبوعية ورفعها للإدارة.<br>التنسيق بين الإدارات والأقسام المختلفة حسب احتياجات الموقع.<br>متابعة تقدم الأعمال مع المالك والتنسيق لضمان الالتزام بالجدول الزمني المطلوب.<br>تشغيل الصنايعية ومتابعة تنفيذ الأعمال بشكل يومي.<br>استلام الأعمال المنفذة من الصنايعية والتأكد من توافقها مع الجودة المطلوبة.<br>تطبيق إجراءات السلامة والصحة المهنية داخل الموقع.<br>متابعة البرنامج الزمني والميزانية المعتمدة والعمل على عدم تجاوزهما.<br>معالجة المشكلات الفنية التي تظهر أثناء التنفيذ وإيجاد حلول فعّالة وسريعة

1.تشغيل وصيانة ومتابعة منظومات (التكيف – المصاعد – الغازات الطبية – انذار الحريق – مكافحة الحريق).<br>2.عمل تقرير شهريا بجميع المنظومات وعمل الصيانة الوقائية.<br>3.صيانة وتشغيل جميع مواتير المياة بجميع المباني &nbsp;حسب خطة الصيانة.<br>4.ادخال بيانات وأعطال الصيانة والصيانه الوقائية على برنامج الصيانة يوميا.<br>5.تقفيل اعمال الصيانة الشهرية واستخراج التقارير من برنامج وامضاء الفاتورة من رئيس قطاع الصيانة.<br>6.تلقي أعطال الصيانه وتوجيه الفنيين عليها يوميا.<br>7.متابعة الفنين وعمل جدول الورادي ومتابعة الحضور والانصراف مع مشرف الصيانة أسبوعيا.<br>8.متابعة صيانة جميع محطات الحريق يوميا.<br>9.متابعة صيانة وتشغيل مراوح التهوية وسحب الغازات ولوحات الكهرباء يوميا.<br>10.متابعة تشغيل والحالة الفنية الخاصة بمولدات الديزل وعمل تقارير بحالتها شهريا .<br>11.متابعة اعمال صيانه اليومية والشهرية وتنسيق مع ادارة الصيانة الخاصة بالعميل.<br>12.أعتماد جميع فواتير الشركة ومذكرات القبض.<br>13.متابعة تنفيذ بنود الصيانة السنوية من قبل المقاولين مع ادارة الصيانه وأرشفتها.<br>14- خبرة في اعمال الصيانة وادارة المرافق ( ضرورية جدا )<br><br>
