Job Purpose

We are seeking a proactive HSE Officer to support the implementation and monitoring of the company's Health, Safety, and Environmental Management System. The successful candidate will promote a strong safety culture, ensure compliance with HSE regulations, and help maintain a safe working environment across all company locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct routine HSE inspections across workshops and operational sites.

• Monitor compliance with company HSE policies, ISO 45001 requirements, and client safety procedures.

• Conduct toolbox talks, safety inductions, and awareness sessions.

• Monitor Permit to Work (PTW) implementation and safe work practices.

• Participate in risk assessments, Job Safety Analysis (JSA), and hazard identification activities.

• Report, investigate, and follow up on incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions.

• Monitor PPE compliance and promote safe working behaviors.

• Maintain HSE records, inspection reports, and regulatory documentation.

• Support emergency response drills and HSE audits.

• Work closely with Operations, QA/QC, and Maintenance teams to improve workplace safety.

• This position is site-based and requires working on a rotational schedule at the company's operational sites. It is not an office-based position.
