<ul><li><p>Achieve agents’ sales targets and open new markets within the agent's area, including developers, carpenters, and building materials stores.</p></li><li><p>Conduct regular visits to agent showrooms to maintain strong relationships, ensure brand compliance, and monitor stock levels, showroom decor, and product displays.</p></li><li><p>Analyze sales performance and product movement; propose solutions for slow-moving items and ensure availability of all key products.</p></li><li><p>Ensure full availability of marketing materials including color cubes, brochures, catalogues, and promotional items in agent locations.</p></li><li><p>Supervise the implementation of marketing campaigns and ensure their alignment with company strategy and regional goals.</p></li><li><p>Monitor agents’ commitment to Jazeera pricing, product exclusivity, and company policies; report any violations.</p></li><li><p>Support the recruitment and Saudization targets within agent teams and ensure all staff meet professional appearance standards.</p></li><li><p>Submit weekly and monthly reports with documentation (including photos) on agent visits, achievements, challenges, and recommendations.</p></li><li><p>Identify potential new agents or showroom opportunities and work on developing and onboarding them in alignment with regional expansion plans.</p></li><li><p>To perform all tasks assigned by the direct manager.&nbsp;</p></li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><h3>Requirements –</h3><ul><li><p>Bachelor’s degree in <strong>business administration, Marketing, Commerce, or any related field</strong>.</p></li><li><p><strong>5+ years of experience</strong> in Sales, preferably within <strong>Paints, Building Materials, or FMCG industries</strong>.</p></li><li><p>Proven experience in <strong>Dealer/Agent Management and Sales Target Achievement</strong>.</p></li><li><p>Strong experience in <strong>Market Development and opening new markets/accounts</strong>.</p></li><li><p>Good knowledge of <strong>sales performance analysis, stock management, and market dynamics</strong>.</p></li><li><p>Strong <strong>negotiation, communication, and relationship management</strong> skills.</p></li><li><p>Ability to manage and develop <strong>agents, showrooms, and sales teams</strong>.</p></li><li><p>Willingness to <strong>travel extensively within the assigned district/region</strong>.</p></li><li><p>Good command of <strong>MS Office</strong>, especially Excel and PowerPoint.</p></li><li><p><strong>Must have a personal car and a valid driving license.</strong></p></li></ul><p></p>
