Verify that works conform to approved shop drawings, specifications, and relevant standards. Monitor daily site activities to ensure compliance with quality requirements.<br>Documentation & Reporting:Prepare and maintain Inspection Requests (IRs), Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), and quality records. Review and provide input on Method Statements, ITPs, and other quality documentation. Maintain accurate and up-to-date quality control logs and reports.<br>Coordination & Communication:Liaise with construction teams, subcontractors, consultants, and client representatives on quality-related matters. Coordinate site walkdowns and inspections with consultants and clients. Ensure timely resolution of quality-related issues and follow-up on corrective actions.<br>Continuous Improvement:Identify areas for improvement and recommend preventive measures to avoid recurring quality issues. Job purpose: Ensures effective project planning and monitoring by preparing schedules, tracking progress, analyzing risks, supporting claims, and updating forecasts, providing management with actionable insights for timely and successful project delivery. Main Responsibilities 1. Tender Planning & Summary Schedule Prepare and manage tender-phase schedules by supervising and coordinating the identification of key timelines, milestones, and critical deadlines, and issuing a comprehensive project summary schedule to support management review and informed decision-making. 2. Baseline Schedule Development Develop and present a detailed baseline schedule aligned with the approved scope and milestones, defining all activities, sequences, resources, materials, costs, and logical relationships for stakeholder review and approval. 3. Progress Monitoring & Reporting Prepare and submit weekly and monthly progress reports comparing actual performance to the baseline, including cash flow and material delivery updates, to the Project Manager and Consultant. 4. Internal Performance & Delay Analysis Prepare internal planning reports highlighting delays, deviations, and risks, recommend corrective actions, and submit to the Project Manager for proactive decision-making. 5. Dashboards & Performance Visualization Develop and maintain monthly dashboards tracking planned vs. actual progress, targets, and forecast completion dates, and present them to the Project Manager and Planning Management. 6. Claims Support Prepare planning-related claims from approved chronologies, submit for Project Manager review, and coordinate with the Contracts Team to finalize and submit.7. Annual Operating Plan (AOP) & Target Updates Prepare planning reports using updated Unit Cost Values (UCV), analyze target changes, update schedules and forecasts, and support management in tracking performance. 8. Participate in site meetings Define and coordinate project activities with the Client/Consultant and stakeholders, ensuring alignment with approved scope, milestones, costs, and logic, while supporting meetings and submitting required planning and progress reports. 9. Other Job-Related Duties Perform any additional duties related to the role as assigned by the direct manager.
Job Purpose:To issue project schedules, in construction phase with the most appropriate planning methodology. Monitor the project progress to ensure that the project progress comply with the estimated base line schedule.<br>Roles and Responsibilities:<br>Assist in establishing and maintaining scheduling standards and procedures for some projects up to 5 projects. Assist site team Planning Section head and Planning Manager in preforming the base line schedule and the assigned the project resources in details for newly awarded projects including consistency of schedule, and matching company’s dictionaries. Assist Site team in preparation of Planning packages and enhancing the schedule before submission. Prepare Bi-weekly reports and Monthly reports presentations for projects. Supervise the project progress to verify that the updated schedule complies with the approved base line schedule and highlight critical issues and provide analysis to management staff. Review weekly, and monthly progress reports about the projects and provide input to Planning Section head and Planning Manager. Take site team responsibilities as assigned by Planning managers to cover site fall down. Review close out report in coordination with the project team to be a reference for the company for the newly awarded projects. JOB PURPOSETo revise on the project’s required materials and coordinate with Procurement, Purchasing, Technical Office and Warehouse Departments to ensure the availability of project requirements of materials according to the project schedule. Roles & Responsibilities Prepare/ modify/ update Material Histogram/ Delivery Duration from Suppliers & Subcontractors in order to have the adequate materials on the required time for operation/ execution while avoiding any cash flow issues or lack of materials Receive material submittal from TPD and Purchasing Department and follow up with technical office to review the materials’ specifications in order to prepare submittal form to be reviewed and approved by the Consultant. Coordinate with main warehouse to alert them whenever extra/ not needed materials are available and to check if the required materials are already available before ordering them. Cooperate with Technical Office, QC, QS department to assure Materials Quality and Quantities comparing to Project's requirements. Review B. O. Q and identify materials needed by communicating with other related departments. Check and Inform about any variations in the material requirements comparing with the project’s contract. Compile all supporting documents (technical and financial offers) for variation submission Ensure the availability of material in coordination with Store keeper Report Suppliers/ Subcontractors' payment Log & follow up suppliers’ payments with Accounting Department. Cooperate with Procurement Department and Purchasing Department to assure Material's technical Status, compliance and budget. Issue request for purchase order to the suppliers and sub-contractors’ agreements. If not initially listed in the Project file Follow up on receiving and distributing of materials according to the project’s needs and control materials waste. Follow up on materials production with the suppliers and their arrival dates to the site. Ensure compliance of used materials with the project's specifications. Handle consultant’s remarks and resolve any problems regarding materials’ quality if any. Generate reports regarding required and available materials and follow up the submittal log and refer them to the Line Manager. Perform day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the junior engineers and supervisors. Organize the plant and site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines. Enforce health, safety, and sustainability policies. Prepare a daily status report to present zone performance and obstacles that need to be solved. Coordinate with the Quality Control Department's schedule of inspections/tests and take any corrective action if required. Study zone drawings in order to prepare the Material, Equipment, and Man-hours requirements list based on project priorities and time schedule. Coordinate with the technical office to make sure about the right implementation of the shop drawings on site. Coordinate and organize the ongoing activities with other trades executed in the same area. Reviewing the shop drawings and AS built from the technical office. Check and hand over all subcontractor work to QA/Qc Department. Plans the resources for the execution of work with junior engineers and supervisors to meet different deadlines.

Job Purpose: To Coordinate the commercial aspects of the prime contract on a company project including invoicing, identification of variation orders and claims initiation Tasks, Roles & Responsibilities:Provide commercial advice to project management team to support proper decision making Manage contractual correspondences with client and partner(s). Manage project documentation and notifications of potential variation orders and/or claims, including claims logs. Conduct weekly/biweekly meetings with different departments for initiating, discussing, negotiating, and closing variations in coordination with project management team. Review client’s invoices contractually, analyze certified invoices, and review payment status (statements of account) and ensure all additions, omissions, deductions, and retentions are included with all necessary supporting documents for the relevant variation orders issuance. Initiate main contract invoicing and variation orders procedures including the necessary coordination until the issuance of the relevant Taking Over Certificate. Responsible for main contract early start activities including issuance and review of LGs and insurance policies. Maintain sustainable and productive relationships with clients, partners, and project team to ensure smooth communication. Provide recommendations and lessons learned for improving the commercial processes. Responsible for managing the overall project commercial status (payments, billing, claims, VOs, amendments, conflict resolution, etc.). Facilitate timely updates of all commercial logs and project contracts reports including areas of concern, contract financial status, VO status, claims status, etc. Initiation of claims and counterclaims, identification of claim events, and ensure the proper contemporary records are maintained.
