<h2 ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl">إعلان مديرية التربية والتعليم بالبحيرة عن وظيفة موجه إعاقة</span></h2><h3 ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl">الغرض من الوظيفة</span></h3><p ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl">يختص شاغل الوظيفة بمتابعة وتقويم كل ما يتعلق بمجال التربية الخاصة، وما يتبع ذلك من زيارات ميدانية للمدارس، وتقييم أداء المعلمين والأخصائيين، وتقويم خطط العمل، والخطط الدراسية، والوسائل التعليمية والتكنولوجية، والامتحانات، ومدى استيعاب الطلاب بالمرحلة التعليمية المقيدين بها.</span></p><p ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl">ويعمل شاغل الوظيفة طبقًا للمعايير الملزمة للأداء التعليمي لوظائف التوجيه الواردة باللائحة التنفيذية للباب السابع من قانون التعليم، وفي ضوء توقعات الأداء التي تحددها المعايير القومية للتعليم ويُقيَّم على أساسها، ويخضع للإشراف المباشر لرئيسه.</span></p><h3 ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl">المهام الوظيفية</span></h3><h4 ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl">التخطيط والمتابعة والتقييم</span></h4><ul><li><p ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl">التنسيق مع الإدارة المدرسية والإدارة التعليمية لتحقيق الاكتفاء من المعلمين أو الأخصائيين في مجال التخصص.</span></p></li><li><p ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl">دراسة نتائج الامتحانات في مجال التخصص وتحليلها لاستخلاص الملاحظات واقتراح الحلول المناسبة لمعالجة جوانب القصور.</span></p></li></ul><h4 ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl">التنمية المهنية وتفعيل المنهج</span></h4><ul><li><p ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl">إرشاد المعلمين والأخصائيين إلى مصادر التنمية المهنية والتعلم المتاحة، والتعريف بالمستجدات في المناهج ومجال العمل.</span></p></li><li><p ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl">إبداء الرأي في فاعلية المناهج والكتب الدراسية من خلال التغذية الراجعة بما يسهم في تطوير العملية التعليمية.</span></p></li></ul><h3 ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl">الخبرات والجدارات المطلوبة</span></h3><ul><li><p ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl">الحصول على شهادة الصلاحية لمزاولة وظائف التوجيه.</span></p></li><li><p ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl">استيفاء برامج التنمية المهنية المؤهلة للوظيفة وفقًا لما تقرره الأكاديمية المهنية للمعلمين.</span></p></li><li><p ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl">الحصول على تقرير تقويم أداء بمرتبة فوق المتوسط على الأقل في السنتين السابقتين مباشرة عند الترشح للوظيفة.</span></p></li><li><p ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl">استيفاء جميع الشروط العامة والخاصة والالتزام بالمهام الوظيفية طبقًا للقرار الوزاري رقم 164 لسنة 2016 وتعديلاته، والقرارات واللوائح المنظمة للوظيفة.</span></p></li></ul><h3 ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl">سنوات الخبرة</span></h3><ul><li><p ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl">أن يكون المتقدم من ذوي الخبرة العملية وحاصلًا على مؤهل عالٍ ودراسات في التربية الخاصة في مجال الإعاقة التي يرغب في العمل بها.</span></p></li><li><p ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl">أن يكون قد عمل بمدارس التربية الخاصة لمدة لا تقل عن ثلاث سنوات، وفق الإعاقة التي يرغب في العمل بها.</span></p></li><li><p ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl">ألا تقل الدرجة الوظيفية للمتقدم عن <strong>معلم أول (أ)</strong> بأقدمية سنتين على الأقل.</span></p></li><li><p ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl">تشغل الوظيفة بالاختيار لمدة <strong>ثلاث سنوات قابلة للتجديد لمرة واحدة</strong>.</span></p></li></ul>

Role Overview We are seeking a hands-on Electrical & Operations Engineer to take full responsibility for the operation, maintenance, and performance of our biogas upgrading and production facility in Nubaria. This is a field-based leadership role, not an office position. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in operational environments, has strong technical depth, and can own the site end-to-end—from equipment performance to team coordination and uptime optimization. Key Responsibilities1. Plant Operation & Performance Lead the daily operation of the biogas upgrading and energy production systems Ensure continuous, efficient, and safe plant performance Monitor key operational parameters (gas quality, pressure, flow, energy output) Optimize plant efficiency and minimize downtime2. Electrical Systems Management Oversee all electrical systems, control panels, instrumentation, and automation systems Troubleshoot electrical faults and ensure rapid resolution Maintain and improve system reliability and performance3. Maintenance & Reliability Develop and execute preventive and corrective maintenance plans Ensure proper maintenance of compressors, upgrading units, pumps, and auxiliary systems Coordinate with suppliers and technicians for specialized interventions Maintain detailed maintenance logs and reports4. Site Leadership & Team Coordination Lead on-site technicians and operators Ensure adherence to HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) standards Coordinate daily activities and ensure operational discipline Act as the primary responsible person on-site5.
