Review received invoices and in order to update the actualization sheet, issue "ROP" Release of Payment and attach required documents in order to process and release the required payments.
Exchange with the agency the required data to receive & review the "Media Reviews" as from the agency in order to evaluate the advertisements success and to monitor competitor’s performance.
Attend focus groups & Concept Tests to generate insights regarding the Media activities.
Review advertisements Post Assessments in ensure the advertisements KPIs we met.
Update Brand & Ad Tracker with the Research and Intelligence team to evaluate Media activities and recommend new market moves in order to grant top management approvals to circulate the tracker on the stakeholders
