Provide production support, troubleshoot payroll issues, and implement changes or enhancements. Work closely with cross-functional teams including Time Management, PA, OM, and Finance for integration touchpoints. Prepare detailed documentation including functional specs, process flows, and end-user training materials. Ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements and internal audit standards.<br>Required Skills & Qualifications:Minimum 5 years of experience as an SAP HCM Consultant with at least 2 full-cycle implementations of SAP Kuwait/KSA Payroll. Deep functional knowledge of SAP Payroll localization for Kuwait (including legal compliance and reporting).
