Job duties:
Prepare the shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and As-Built drawings. Coordinate with consultants, architects, contractors, suppliers, and internal departments. Prepare drawings for mirrors, partitions, cladding, furniture, decorative metalwork, and customized architectural elements. Review technical specifications, BOQ, and tender documents. Prepare Material Submittals and Technical Submittals. Take field measurements on-site when needed. Support production, procurement, and installation teams with necessary technical information. Prepare 3D models and renders to present projects to clients. Ensure drawings meet project and consultant requirements.
Required qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering or Interior Design or any related field. Experience of 2 to 5 years in the technical office or architectural finishes or Interior Fit-Out or FF&E or metal works or glass and mirrors or cladding or partitions. Preference for experience in hotel, mall, commercial, residential, or large-scale projects. Good knowledge of luxury finishes materials and custom-made products.
Required skills:
Proficient in AutoCAD. Proficient in Revit. Proficient in 3ds Max. SketchUp familiarity preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Ability to read architectural and structural drawings and MEP drawings.
Technical knowledge:
Glass systems and glass decorations. Mirrors and installations. Decorative metalwork (stainless steel, brass, aluminum, Powder Coating, PVD). Cladding systems and wall finishes.
