Social insurance.<br><br><br>الهدف من الوظيفة:يتولى مهندس الإنتاج والتصميم مسؤولية الإشراف على عمليات التصنيع اليومية، وإدارة فريق العمل داخل صالة الإنتاج، والربط بين التصميم الفني والتنفيذ الفعلي. يشمل الدور تحويل الرسومات الهندسية إلى ملفات جاهزة للتشغيل، وبرمجة ومتابعة ماكينات الـ CNC، وضمان الاستغلال الأمثل للموارد مع الحفاظ على أعلى معايير الجودة.المهام والمسؤوليات الرئيسية:الإشراف على الإنتاج: متابعة سير العمل اليومي في المصنع، وتوجيه وإدارة العمال والفنيين، وضمان تحقيق خطط ومستهدفات الإنتاج في المواعيد المحددة.إدارة برامج CAD/CAM: مراجعة الرسومات التنفيذية (Shop Drawings)، وتطبيق التصاميم باستخدام برنامج Auto CAD، وتحويلها إلى ملفات تشغيل دقيقة لماكينات الـ CNC.متابعة تشغيل الـ CNC: الإشراف المباشر على تشغيل ماكينات الـ CNC لضمان دقة القص، الحفر، والتنفيذ عالي الجودة للأجزاء الخشبية.قيادة الفريق: إدارة وتدريب وتحفيز فنيي وعمال الإنتاج، وحل أي مشكلات فنية أو تشغيلية تظهر أثناء العمل.مراقبة الجودة والهدر: فحص جودة المواد الخام والمنتجات النهائية، وتطبيق معايير صارمة للجودة، وتقليل هدر الخامات إلى الحد الأدنى.إعداد التقارير: رفع تقارير دورية (يومية وأسبوعية) للإدارة العليا تشمل حجم الإنتاج، كفاءة العمل، ومعدلات استهلاك المواد.متطلبات الوظيفة:المؤهل الدراسي: بكالوريوس هندسة إنتاج، فنون تطبيقية، تصميم داخلي، أو أي مؤهل تقني ذو صلة.الخبرة: خبرة عملية مثبتة في الإشراف على الإنتاج والتصميم الفني في مجال صناعة الأثاث والصناعات الخشبية.المهارات الفنية:إجادة تامة لبرنامج Auto CAD (ثنائي وثلاثي الأبعاد) والبرامج المغذية لماكينات الـ CNC (مثل Art CAM أو Alphacam أو ما يماثلها).فهم عميق لخصائص الأخشاب، أساليب التصنيع، وقدرة ممتازة على قراءة الرسومات التنفيذية المعقدة.مهارات إضافية مفضلة: معرفة ببرامج التصميم ثلاثي الأبعاد الأخرى مثل Solid Works أو 3ds Max تعتبر ميزة إضافية قوية.المهارات الشخصية: شخصية قيادية قوية، مهارات عالية في إدارة الفرق، الانضباط، والقدرة على حل المشكلات.المميزات:راتب تنافسي يحدد حسب الخبرة والكفاءة الفنية.تأمين اجتماعي .

This role is responsible for designing, optimizing, and overseeing manufacturing processes to improve productivity, quality, and safety. Daily activities include analyzing production workflows, implementing process improvements, supporting equipment selection and maintenance strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams such as operations, quality, and maintenance. The Senior Manufacturing Engineer will develop and maintain manufacturing standards, troubleshoot technical issues on the shop floor, and lead continuous improvement initiatives using data-driven methodologies. The role also involves mentoring junior engineers and technicians, preparing technical documentation, and ensuring compliance with relevant industry and safety regulations.<br>Qualifications<br> Candidates should possess strong expertise in Manufacturing Processes and Manufacturing Engineering. Candidates should possess solid knowledge of Industrial Engineering principles and practices. Candidates should possess a background in Mechanical Engineering with applied experience in manufacturing environments. Candidates should possess hands-on experience with Machining and related production technologies. Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree is an advantage. Proven experience in a senior or lead manufacturing engineering role in a factory or industrial setting. Proficiency in CAD/CAE tools and familiarity with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications. Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with multidisciplinary teams and train others. Demonstrated commitment to workplace safety, quality standards, and process documentation.
