Job title: Electrical Engineers for the Technical Office
The qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering - Communications - Computer Engineering
Job requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in the same position
- Proficiency in quantity surveying and cost estimation
- Proficiency in detailed execution drawings
- Proficiency in project cost calculation (comprehensive study)
- Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD – Revit - 3D Max)
- Familiarity with engineering codes and all site works
- Preparation of payment certificates and site handover reports and preliminary and final handover reports
- Study and preparation of project documents (terms of reference - quantity survey - technical envelope - financial envelope)
- Monitoring and supervising project works
- Experience in site works
- Experience in electrical works
- Experience with low voltage systems (networks - fire alarm - surveillance cameras - telephones ...)
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Organizational skills and time management, accuracy, and attention to detail
- Commitment and responsibility
- Working hours from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
- Holidays: Friday and Saturday of each week unless work is necessary
