<h4>What this job involves</h4>
<p>We are looking for a Facilities Manager for our Integrated Facility Management business line.</p>
<p>The Facilities Manager (FM) is responsible for managing all aspects of facilities service as detailed in the scope of works section of the contract and will report to the Senior Facilities Manager or Regional FM. In this capacity, the jobholder will be the person responsible for the service delivery at specified locations, which will be measured by contractual KPIs or SLAs. The role will have functional accountability for an assigned sector of the Client Sites and the jobholder is responsible for all aspects of client and tenant satisfaction.</p>
<p>The FM is responsible for working directly with the local client to ensure a thorough understanding of their objectives and the implementation of acceptable property-specific operating strategies that achieve these required standards. Once developed the FM must oversee the implementation of all approved initiatives and programs, by managing and coordinating the efforts of the FM team (e.g. direct reports, service providers, contractors, and building employees) to achieve the goals. The FM is responsible for representing Jones Lang LaSalle in the local and regional business and real estate community in order to promote Jones Lang LaSalle’s reputation and capabilities to prospective tenants and clients.</p>
<p><strong>Key responsibilities include:</strong><br>
Communication with site leadership team (Country Manager, HR, Finance, Legal, IT etc.)<br>
Preparation and distribution of quarterly and annual business review (QBR/ABR) information to client’s satisfaction.<br>
Procurement of goods and services for client’s buildings utilizing Jones Lang LaSalle sourcing teams.<br>
Hold regular meetings with landlord, ensuring that terms of lease are being provided to client — e.g. external maintenance, central plant management.<br>
Space evaluation and planning, updating of floor plans using client’s architect partners.<br>
Responsibility for meeting KPIs and SLAs defined within the contract.<br>
Project management during built-out phases, liaising with architects/landlords, organizing work schedules, etc.<br>
Coach and guide all project teams (sub-contractors, maintenance engineers and commissioning engineers) throughout full project lifecycles.<br>
Site inspections (with other members of facility team) including daily cleaning, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, landscaping (when present).<br>
Ensure that contracted resources deliver work to meet duration and quality targets, addressing and ensuring the correction of under-performance issues.<br>
Establish and operate the information systems necessary for effective scheduling and recording of contract work.<br>
Processing and controlling of invoices and work orders, opening and monitoring budgets in the financial system, preparing and updating forecasts.<br>
Oversee and follow up on all technical maintenance for installations (AC/heating/fire extinguishing system, electrical installations etc.).<br>
Negotiate, renegotiate and maintain contracts with vendors.<br>
Planning and budgeting of internal fit-out works and technical installations.<br>
Purchasing of furniture, organization of internal departmental office/space moves.<br>
Manage a team of receptionists and an Office Services Coordinator/Building Operations Coordinator, including allocating resources, delegating workload, ensuring adherence to best practices etc. (roles not present on every site).<br>
General administration of department (holidays, training, performance reviews etc.).<br>
Updating and maintaining official safety documents, liaising with government authorities.<br>
Organization of fire evacuation and first aid training for employees.<br>
Point of contact for security/alarm responding.<br>
Deputise/provide cover for Office Services Coordinator/Building Operations Coordinator when appropriate.<br>
All additional duties commensurate to the level of the role.</p>

<h4>What you'll be doing</h4>
<p>We are seeking an IT Support Associate (Workplace Technology Associate) to deliver exceptional technical support and service management across Chalhoub’s workplace technology ecosystem. This role is integral to ensuring that all employees experience reliable, secure, and efficient technology services across our offices and retail environments.</p>
<p>The Workplace Associate will manage the resolution of incidents and requests within the End User Computing (EUC) and Workplace Technology team, provide escalation support, and oversee vendor performance for IT, AV, telephony, and print infrastructure. This role requires a proactive problem-solver who can balance hands-on technical expertise with vendor and stakeholder management, driving continuous improvement and ensuring compliance with SLAs, KPIs, and Chalhoub’s service standards.</p>
<h4>Infrastructure & Technology Support</h4>
<ul>
<li>Setup of and support of all retail shops, including POS, printer, barcode scanner, and basic application support.</li>
<li>Troubleshoot and resolve issues with Point-of-Sale (POS) systems, inventory management, PCs, printers, phones, and networks for store staff.</li>
<li>Windows/macOS devices, iOS/Android, handheld devices, conferencing platforms (Zoom, MS Teams), and connectivity tools (VPN, broadband, 5G, LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi).</li>
<li>Conduct planned preventative maintenance with vendors to resolve recurring issues.</li>
<li>Demonstrate knowledge in designing, installing, and maintaining workplace hardware and workstations.</li>

<p>Coordinate with Retail Operations, Store Planning, Projects, vendors, Service Desk, Network, and other Tech teams to ensure technology readiness, clear ownership of actions, timely escalation of blockers, and smooth handover during go-live, closure, or renovation milestones.</p>
<h4>E-Invoicing / E-Receipt Support</h4>
<ul>
<li>Support E-Invoice and E-Receipt incidents and requests by ensuring correct categorization, country/location selection, routing, prioritization, and escalation based on business impact and country-specific requirements.</li>
<li>Assist with operational issues related to invoice integration, GS1, invoice extraction, receipt processing, and other related workflows, while working with Service Management and ITSM teams to improve routing logic, subcategory-based priority rules, and reporting visibility.</li>

<h4>What you’ll need to succeed:</h4>

<li>0-3 years of IT support and workplace technology experience in enterprise or multi-site environments for retail.</li>
<li>Strong break/fix expertise across Windows 10/11, macOS, laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and printers.</li>

Programme staff assist the Country Office in formulating and implementing programme strategies that go beyond solving immediate development challenges to create future smart and integrated systemic changes in resilience and capacity building within the country.</p><br> <p><b>Position Purpose</b></p><br> <p>Under the overall guidance of the Deputy Resident Representative (DRR), Programme and the direct supervision of the Team Leader - NOC-Programme Specialist, Climate and Nature, the Programme Analyst is responsible for providing substantive support to the management of UNDP programme within the thematic/sectoral areas assigned.</p><br> <p>In UNDP Egypt, the Programme Analyst (NOA) specializing in Climate and Environment is responsible for the strategic management and quality assurance of the office's environmental portfolio, which includes initiatives in climate change mitigation, adaptation, and biodiversity conservation. Working under the supervision of the Team Leader, the analyst conducts research on political and economic trends to formulate project proposals, identifies new resource mobilization opportunities from vertical funds like the GEF or GCF, and provides technical advisory services to the Egyptian government to align national policies with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Beyond technical oversight, the role involves building strategic partnerships with UN agencies and civil society, managing project staff, and ensuring that all activities adhere to UNDP's results-based management (RBM) standards and financial regulations.</p><br> <p>The Programme Analyst supports the coordination of projects’ activities in this thematic pillar and also works in close collaboration with the Programme and Operations teams in the CO, programme staff in other UN Agencies, UNDP staff in HQs and Regional Hubs, technical advisors/experts, external specialists, government officials and partners, donors, and civil society to ensure successful implementation of the UNDP programme. Demonstrated experience managing a manufacturing plant or a large and complex production operation.
