<h4>Overview of the role</h4>
<p>The commis role involves assisting cooks in daily food production, ensuring adherence to food safety regulations to safely prepare meals. As part of the IKEA Food & Beverages division, the role is crucial in providing guests with an excellent dining experience, coordinating food safety, and supporting operational success through proper standard practice implementation.</p>

ABOUT THR ROLE:We are seeking a Digital Monetization & Ad Ops Manager to be responsible for the end-to-end operational execution and of monetization across all digital channels, including web display and video, mobile apps, CTV/OTT, programmatic partners, and social platforms. The role ensures that all inventory is correctly set up, monetized efficiently, compliant with platform and policy requirements, and continuously optimized to maximize yield and revenue stability. This position focuses on day-to-day delivery, performance monitoring, issue resolution, and reporting, translating monetization strategy into consistent operational results. Success in the role will be measured through clearly defined quarterly KPIs covering revenue performance, fill rate, yield improvement, monetization uptime, and reporting accuracy.<br>The following job description details the skills and competencies required for this level.<br>SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS4+ years in ad ops, programmatic advertising, or digital monetization (agency, ad-tech, or publisher side).
